I don't want to give them a star at all. I mailed out invitations over two weeks ago and only 1 person has received them. This has been an awful experience and I will never use this location again.

Long time resident and have tried multiple times to utilize the Walthourville Ga Post Office. I’m a professional business owner and active with my local City. Never have I interacted with a more abrasive individual who is so hard to be polite to. Today I suggested retirement if she dislikes her position so much. Customer Service is part of this job and it requires the ability to communicate professionally without being argumentative, angry and rude.

Sick and tired of dealing with this lady’s rude attitude every time I come in there . Got there 15 minutes before she closed for lunch and she STILL acted like she didn’t want to be bothered. All the people looking for jobs and y’all still want to keep her. TERRIBLE

This is by far the worst PO I've been to. The lady who works there is sooooo very rude, she always got an attitude. Please get rid of her, she's so nasty!!

I use Mercari so I’m frequently mailing things through USPS. This lady who works here is very rude and always acts like she doesn’t want to help you and belittles you every time you try to mail or pick up something. Please get rid of her!

The lady who works here is very rude and unprofessional, and her disposition is horrible. She refused my package because it was 1:58 and she was going to lunch at 2. She also closed the window in my face. But the post office allows her to get away with this unprofessionalism.

Sometimes packages are getting stuck in Jacksonville for 2 or 3 days. As a result of that they arrive later then the expected arrival time given by the Post office

Not very accommodating. Refused my 21 pieces of mail due to the time being 4:41 pm and closing soon. I don’t understand why these couldn’t have been scanned in 19 minutes. They were already labeled polymailers. Waste of a 20 minute trip to the post office just to come back tomorrow. I have never had my mail refused just for a drop off.

Mail man leaves unprofessional notes in my mail box and keeps putting a vacant signs in my box because I put others mail in the outgoing slot. This has been going on for a year now, maybe more. Please do something about this. I’ve checked with other residents and the mailman never puts the right names and the mailboxes. Anything that goes in the outgoing slot pretty much goes back into your mailbox. I’m so sorry to the people who actually are waiting for their mail who no longer live at the current location.

Always love going to this post office over the 3 others in the area! The lady that works here is very friendly, always nice and very helpful!
