I brought my daughter’s service animal into this facility today, and it was not a pleasant experience. I informed the staff right away that the cat is a bit feisty (something they should be accustomed to) and that she may need a little patience. They retrieved our cat from the car and in less than 5 minutes returned her stating they could not perform the vaccinations. Surely, there was no real attempt made in 5 minutes. As professionals, I would think they could manage a little patience and put forth effort to work with a 8lb feline. Clearly not. Find a place that can show a little grace.

Of course, human safety is and should always be a priority. However, while I did provide commentary for my kitten to be “good”, she was NOT lunging at the time of transfer. She was in my arms and quietly got into her carrier. I’m sure any camera footage you may have would confirm that as I was parked at the front door. Let’s be sure to remove inaccuracies from our replies. If your facility does not have tools and/or resources available to accommodate a feisty animal, that is fine. What stood out to me was how quickly your facility made that assessment. TO ME, there did not seem to be any level of patience.

I had my little 3lb Broodle spayed here they done an excellent job. All the staff are very friendly and courteous.

I can not recommend West Ga more. Great staff. Safe drop off procedure for dogs. And take time to go over after surgery care thoroughly. Thank you for taking care of our Asher

Very organized, cost effective and efficient. Be sure to read the emails & website as they are helpful and provide a lot of information. My kitty was banned and cannot come back for any further appointments; but she is a stray who we rescued at 4 weeks and is now very skittish when outside of her normal house environment. Overall great experience including location, staff, and service.

i’ve called 6 times, automated message says the phone lines are on from 9-2. i called 6 times at 9:20 and again just now, there’s no way to leave a voice message because it says closed. it’s tuesday, how else am i suppose to book an appointment???

Love this place. I dont know anyone here personally but I love having them in the community to help with the feral cat population. Very affordable.

My Vegeta came home safely and he was well they took good care of my baby!! Even tho he was mad at me for his surgery lol but he is all good now and he started talking to me again ?The staff was very sweet super nice and the process simple. Just follow the instructions thanks yall so much!!

Stay far away. Booked two months out, gave them all my information with no confirmation email or text. Despite them confirming they had the correct information.
Showed up 30 minutes before they opened after an hour and was told it would not take our dog.
I will not make the mistake again driving out here to try to save money opposed to going to a quality vet. Enjoy my deposit money.

Very friendly staff. Loved on my rescue. Difficult to get in touch by phone. Quoted one price for spay and shots when l first spoke to them, but charged more, just for her shots

They took really good care of my baby when he had he’s surgery and exam called me and let me know how he was doing from exam to surgery and after surgery gave me instructions to follow I highly recommend this place
