I like this walmart but today we purchased hot food that I did not notice was rang up at the wrong price till my kid was passing it out to his brother's. A snack (1 chicken wing, fries) was supposed to be 2.48 and was rang in at 6.87 as something else. I had ordered 3 of these so it was quite a difference and I came back to customer service to have it corrected (I just wanted the refund for the difference). They were acting like I was trying to steal food asking each other and saying it was correct without even opening the bags to see that it was not the same thing on the tag that was in the bags. The resolve they decided on was to refund me for the items and throw them away, perfectly good food I was just seeking the difference I was charged wrongly back.
The lady at the hot food counter when I went back was apologetic (accidents happen I wasn't worried about that, I just let her know so we can make sure the prices came out right).
I just thought someone higher up at Walmart should know about this. It was really crappy and could have been handled better. Even a gentleman behind us I heard him say "they're lying" which was not true.

Attempted 5 shopping carts none would roll correctly. It was enough to make me drive to Target next time! Do better Walmart, we already check out on our own please maintain shopping carts that roll!

Some of the Summer items in the garden shop are all sold out and will not be restocked. Winter items coming in now. Go figure !! Also, the bag of dog food I bought had a $3 save now coupon on it. The cashier did not take it off and use. I thought she did. My wife noticed it was still there. I had to go to the service desk and stand in line for a while. When I got to the front of the line, the woman at the front desk asked me what I needed. I told her about the coupon. She acted like she was going to refund me out of HER pocket. I finally got the refund, but she never told me anything. She just said, next. Way to go Walmart. Great service.

No customer service at all. Literally none whatsoever. Not even at the "customer service department / counter" that is placed in the very front and center of the store and is allegedly there specifically for customer service like the huge overhead sign reads." Clearly the people working there didn't get the memo or missed the meeting. Every employee literally runs away and hides or they intentionally go out of their way to ignore customers asking for assistance. Yes, Even most of the managers walk around like they're there being bothered as if they didn't sign up to be there. Why even apply for a position for a job that you're showing up to but only to dodge actually working there? Please do better Walmart staff. I only wanted to exchange my full sized sheets for Queen sized.... And that shouldn't have taken 45 mins. I do love my new sheets though. Thanks anyway ❤️?

My only interactions with Walmart for the past couple of years has been grocery pickups. As far as that is concerned, I've been very pleased. I place the order online, select my pickup time, and receive a text when it's ready for pickup (usually 15 minutes earlier than expected time).
The entire process is very smooth and easy. It's been a real blessing since knee issues occurred.

Came in and got my groceries walk them back to the automotive where I'm parked at and spend 10-15 minutes beating on the glass to get somebody to let me out. Nobody wants to do their job at the automotive center no one will check you out do not go to this Walmart if you need to use the automotive center. Play won't be nobody to let you out back there when you get ready to go out and they won't be nobody to ring you out either. Almost busted through their glass in the back because they tried to lock me in there. Finally I started beating on the big glass instead of the door so the damn mechanics could come let me out because the people in the store will not do their job
