Freaking go elsewhere for ANY of your needs. Scheduled an appointment to take a Covid and Flu shot last week. Received several email and text confirmation messages over the weekend PRIOR to wasting my time and gas getting there only to have the indignant, unprofessional and callous counter representative state that there were no vaccines to be had. She further stated that “I was just about to call you” to which I replied “What; AFTER the appointment time?” The equally unempathetic pharmacist came over and tried to allay my disgust at the lack of communication by stating that “We knew that we wouldn’t have the doses on Friday. We have been having this problem where the system allows people to make appointments without the vaccine being available.” I suppose on some planet that would have elicited some sympathy on my part; this ain’t that planet. Corporate REALLY needs to take a look at the folk they are having to represent their brand. The clowns at this location are failing miserably!

The stock was good ? but the customer service today : ? nobody said good afternoon or thanks for shopping. Or if I want to use my rewards balance. Definitely a bad experience. Also products on sale and orange label, but doesn’t take the discount when I was paying. And cashier looks on rush. Why? Every customer deserve attention. It’s a beautiful city, please take care of customers ? thanks.

We gave them a year and half. We ignored the problems during Covid because Covid. Finally moved our details over to Publix pharmacy today. This Walgreens location has the worst customer service we know of. Mostly represented as apathy.

The worse. I had my med switched because Walmart doesn't take my ins. I take a very expensive med for my kidneys.i got it at Walgreens last month and paid almost 400. My deductible is 500.found out it was not turned in on my deductible. I was on the phone for 2hoir fussing with Walgreens and my ins. Co ends up I will have to pay for the full AMT again I will be using cvs but walgeen could care less I will never. I

Just listened to the black pharmacist put in a show doing the most over what sounded like 600 and. 800 mg ibuprofen smdh. Was on the phone very rude to the customer then slams the phone down and immediately gossips to the other technician about the customer. Just unprofessional and immature

Drop prescription off around 1pm and was informed it would be ready by 3pm it's after 6 and my meds still are not ready Everytime I come here it is the same problem tighten up

I don't even need to start on their Neanderthal views on abortions and contraception, they suck at their jobs without getting political. My wife and I had 2 appointments for covid testing a few weeks ago. we were first in line, told to wait. Waited an hour for the ONE associate to get through a line 3 times before being seen. Mind you, this girl is doing window, counter and Covid testing while the pharmacist....watches? Really professional. When she finally gets time to do our APPOINTMENTS, she takes us into a stock room and does our tests. She shoved the testing swabs back into their paper sleeves and told us we were good to go. Never got the results, never got replies to the complaints....this place is TRAGIC. I wouldn't even go in to buy a damn soda now.

Wish I could give negative stars at this point I've been here over an hour waiting on a simple prescription I've been getting here over a year now and someone walks in an gets a 15 min time limit. It one thing to happen once but this happens every time. It's like pulling teeth. This is just bad business. I'm never coming back again

Called to say prescription is ready. When you get there it is not ready. For a place that sick people are known to come to. No hand sanitizers, cart wipes or even paper towels in restroom. And after having us wait. Told us there's a problem with the computers to bill insurance

They're constantly making mistakes with insurance, etc. Hubby won't even go. Today i Sat in line forever as usual. 6pm on Sunday... after the lady ahead pulls off they let the shade down and put the closed sign up! We rang the bell, Noone even bothered. The patients are running the asylum! Moving to publix...

This locations service is awful. If i realized they had 1 star I wouldn’t have placed an online order but How i ordered an online order and added my prescription to it not realizing i’d still have to go to the pharmacy that defeated the purpose and the pharmacy lost my prescription all while being as rude as possibly. This location is awful.

If I could give zero stars I would. I use the Walgreens in villa rica when I have to. The pharmacist is unprofessional and often times rude. No customer service training at all in this location. I use Walgreens all over the states due to my work. No doubt, this is the worst Walgreens in the country.It starts with the pharmacist/ manager. Saying “I am the manager” with zero cares given. Must not be able to hire professionals at Walgreens. I’ll no longer be a Walgreens customer in any way due to this branch. Why are they still open with a 2 star rating? Just plain painful to deal with and they don’t care because no one is holding them accountable. Terrible service is not even the word. Lazy is how I would use but what do I know. I just work 80 hrs a week in the sun… I know that ac work had to be hard on them… I would love to speak with corporate Monday. Whoever runs this branch should be let go!

Terrible. Always Rude staff. Never seem to know what they are doing. Even wait on phone long periods to just get picked up and hung up on? This place needs new employees badly.

Why are the pharmacy team people so sorry? The girl mainly. Why would you put the medicine bag on top of license and bank card. Why would you close the drawer after I picked up the bag and not allow me to get license and card. Why would you stand there on the phone and ignore me while I'm trying to get the license and card. Why do you have to be so sorry? Why would you shut the drawer if my items are still in there for me to get? Were you trying to steal my license and card?
