I want to brag on 3 employees that works for the Villa Rica store. Allasia(not sure of spelling), Nicole, and Josh. When I tell you they are the most sweetest, and most generous employees. They have patience and very helpful. I think I was the most difficult customer but they never once made an excuse not to help. They answered all my questions and helped me in every way possible. I want to applaud them.If you have any problems with your phone, I recommend paying them a visit.

I went in there to try to get help activating a phone and they told me just for that it would $40 or free at the local Verizon but when u look at the building at this location on goolemaps it say verizon retailer.

We worked with Nicole today to get a replacement for my son's broken iPhone 13 mini. The only negative thing I have to say is that I don't have the option of leaving more than 5 stars for this experience! Nicole was knowledgeable, kind and VERY patient with us while we explored different options. It is SO nice to work with someone who isn't just trying to make a sale, but, rather, someone who is instead making a life-long customer - which she DEFINITELY did. Been to many Verizon stores over the past 20+ years of being a customer, and after today, I won't go to another store going forward. Nicole was AWESOME. Thank you, Nicole!!

I'm being charged monthly for a phone that I have already paid off!!! I have gone to the Verizon store 3 times and was told they would take care of the mistake. This is theft and illegal.

I was promised a deal when i got my new phone to get a galaxy watch with galaxy buds which was the whole reason why I got my watch back in November. But now nobody can give me a straight answer as to why I have yet to receive my galaxy buds after going and talking to the same person 6 times about it. Went on vacation and was promised to have an answer by the time i got back as to why I haven't heard anything yet and went in there today and of course I still don't have an answer. Highly upset and I doubt I will ever go back to this store IF they ever get this sorted out

Out of state with a last minute phone situation I was annoyed. Went to this Verizon and JOSHUA was so patient…friendly and knew his products!!!! Ask for josh u will feel like u have been going there for yearsssssssss!!!!

Joshua was amazing, his ability at handling multiple customers and kindness while helping my client fix her phone issues with me on the other end of the phone was something I am glad to have had the pleasure of experiencing. Went to this store to change my cell service to Verizon, and received some of the worse service I have ever experienced from the manager of the store! It wasn’t explained that indirect stores have hidden charges of their own, and turn around and get charged again in the first bill. The manager didn’t hardly speak to us while taking care of changes. she just changed our service took our money and sent us in our way! I ended up at the corporate store in Carrollton to fix the problems setting up our account, and when explaining issue I could tell they have heard complaints about this person before. I paid activation fees at Russell Cellular & being hit again on my first bill, because they are an indirect store & was not told that could happen. Lesson learned the hard way on my end!!

Joshua was beyond helpful this evening. Nice, personable and knowledgeable. I could not have wished for a better guide through what can sometimes be a confusing and frustrating circumstance. Because of Josh, it all went smoothly. He’s extremely patient and pleasant. You are well represented by this gentleman.

Ashley was incredibly helpful. The store was full of customers and she was SO helpful to everyone even though she was the only employee working. Not only did she provide exceptional customer service but she had extensive product knowledge. Very happy customer. Thank you!
