Extremely rude, called this post office and the guy picked up with an attitude then gave me a number to call someone else and hung up on me. The call lasted for 23 seconds I could barely get a sentence out. If you don’t want to work there just quit

Horrible services and people. Very angry and disappoint .Never pick the packages ?. Young girls just drive by and never stops... so lazy ...always with headphones? .

Mailed 2 cards inside Villa Rica Post Office on March 28,2023,One I had weighed to check postage , they stamped it said would to to destination by FridayMarch 31. Each going to same destination in private lock box insubdivision, key required. The second one arrived Saturday. Theweighed and post marked one has not arrived .As per USPSrequired waited 7 days.Went toVilla Rica today 4/5/23, was informed because no extra purchased tracking nothing could be done. My conversation was with the postal service employee I originally mailedthe cards with. I explained in theirhands I trusted him to see mailed , on receiving end would be locked for receiving it. I paid the postage not to be told , can't help at all,, couldn't do anything about theft within employees of USPS . There were gifts in the cards, if doesn't arrive I am out the money, but the integrity of ofUSPS is the real loss

My mail is not being delivered to my address. Instead the postman is putting a can not be delivered sticker on my mail. Unsure why??? We have had constant issues with the mail off & on for three years straight.

Never again will I use USPS Express Mail! Promised delivery of the next day and two days later still not delivered. Look at the tracking. It's taken the scenic route.

They do not have cash to honor their own money orders, nor is there a sign. They just allow you to wait in line and then say, "I don't have any money to cash anything, go to Walmart". As if that is acceptable and as if Walmart is free.

I understand that it’s hard to get people to work now but I’ve come several times and this lady mairo has the worst demeanor and attitude. Customer service skills are terrible!
