It's getting scary. I've been with this company 24 years and never experienced a problem until now. I ordered a gas delivery 3 1/2 weeks ago and I'm still waiting. After 10 days I sent an email inquring about my delivery the response indicated a driver will be out the next day. After 3 days I called my local branch and they forwarded my order to dispatch. I asked to be expedited because of my long wait. 4 more days have passed and still no delivery. What has happened to the friendly service conscious company? My neighbor said she experienced the same thing when ordered through the app. I will never order that way again. There us a defect in that process. There are 2 of us on my road still with Thompson. I value, my time, comfort, and money...I need my gas!

After reading the reviews I wasn't sure what to expect but I was very happy with this company. After leaving a message I received I call back within 20 minutes and a service man was at my house the same day. Also a tank refill was done within 24 hours and the service man was very kind and informative.

I HATE this company.THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST KNOWN TO MAN.THEY DON'T EXPLAIN THE SERVICES THEY PROVIDESO ITS TRIAL AND ERROR WITH THESE PEOPLETHEY MAKE MONEY OFF YOU NOT KNOWINGI bought my home and it uses Thompson Gas as its gas provider.I have lost so much money with them.They charge when you don't get the full amount you order.they wont let you get less than a set amount.They charge when you run out.They wont tell you when they will deliver, one time it was 2wks before they showed up!!!

I wanted to install a ventless gas fireplace. Scheduled the first time they called to reschedule. I waited 3 hours called office and told tech called in sick. If you can't serve customers close the location down!

its take too much time for deliver a gas. its always take 6 to 7 days to get the Gas .

They over charge on gas every time I call the price goes up. When i called today they quoted $399 for 100lbs the Receptionists was very cold (no pun intended) to my situation and just didn't care that I was out. I called around and they were by far the most expensive. Over priced and bad customer service. "Do you wait for your car to stop moving before you go to the gas station". I gave them a call back and explained they were double every one else. I'm now getting 200lbs for $425. Call around before you have them come out.

Poor customer service. Sold heaters with a warranty and when there was a problem with them, was told the warranty was not valid. As it turned out, they sold us old, out of date heaters with expired warranties.
Customer service is very poor. They are rude and uncooperative and do not try to work out solutions with the problems that they cause.

Thompson Gas has always been dependable, friendly, efficient, and nice. Everyone I had contact with has listened and worked promptly to resolve my issues. I appreciate how well my business is handled.

y'all are so accomodating even when i mess up and don't keep track of how full (or empty) my tank is. the service techs could not be nicer.

would never use this company again. made my wife do all the work that the technician was supposed to do, including crawling under the house in her work clothes witch she had to change cause they were ruined afterwards, and charged us money for it afterwards for a so called "hazmat fee" and when my wife called and offered for them to make it right, a manager was supposed to call her and they never did and she has called multiple times after that.

i called this company out to fill up our tank about a month ago. i left work and went home to let the guy in to do a full check of all our appliances and fill up our tank, but the service tech had a “bad knee” and i had to go under my house and get all info on furnace in my nice work clothes, which i had to end up changing because they were so dirty, and i had to get on the floor and check under our stove and i had to cut off the pilot light on the water heater, which i had no idea how to do and he just walked away so i had to call my husband to figure out and he told me i would have to re light it as well. after me doing ALL the work he was supposed to do they charged us the full amount and a “hazmat” fee even though the tech felt with nothing other than pulling out a hose and filling our tank leaving me to do everything, including getting dirty and being late for work because of that. i called this company afterwards and told them the issue and that i was not happy but would be open to giving them another chance on our next fill up and giving me a discount for the issues i had encountered with them. they said a manager would call me and after me calling back 3 different times, no one has called or try to resolve the issue.
