This is the 3rd time I've been to this place, the second time they left the oil filter loose, the last time they cleaned their hands full of oil on the front bumper, so, it's the last time I've been there.

The guys were great, very friendly, and they even gave me a car care tip to help me get better gas milage. I really appreciated that. They also got me out fast. Very nice experience, I recommend

The gentlemen who approached my car when I arrived at this store told me that a set of two wiper blades would cost me between $21-$31. I accepted this offer and went with the $84.99 oil change. I then asked for my receipt to be itemized BEFORE I swiped my card. The man working refused to do so until I had paid the bill. He would not tell me how much it cost until I had swiped my card either. My bill ended up being $140. This was far more than I had expected, then he printed off my itemized receipt. EACH WIPER BLADE WAS $31.99. I confronted him about the lie. He told me, and his response was, and I quote, “You clearly misunderstood me, I never said anything about them being $21. I told you they were $32 per wiper blade. You didn’t hear me right, so don’t say that I told you something I didn’t.” On top of his words and actions being deceptive and morally incorrect, the wiper blades he installed left streaks all over my windshield, worse than my old ones did! My fiancé was in the car with me throughout this entire experience and witnessed the deception and horrible customer service firsthand. I will be calling the manager of this location and filing a formal complaint, but I wanted to share my story with ANYONE thinking of coming here and tell you DO NOT COME HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

They are fast. And we didn't have to get out the truck. Filled in some fluids. Asked a few questions and helped me figure out why service engine light is on. They work as a good team. Great bunch of guys.

I went in for a top off, as they were checking everything he took my engine air filter out but didn’t close completely and my car has been overheating ever since.

Went for a simple oil change and ended up with my vehicle leaking oil like crazy. In addition, the clerk tried to tell me that the coupon I had was not valid. After insisting that he check, we learned that it was indeed valid.

Visited this location on 5/15 . They overfilled the oil. Their checklist showed washer fluid as good yet was empty. Listed tires as ok yet I'm am planning to replace back tires. How many other checks were Listed as done but were not unknown. Buyer Beware.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Today was the worst experience I’ve ever had there. Went in for a top off, before going I asked if I needed to pay an additional fee since it wasn’t time for my oil change but I know I have a slow leak. Associate told me come in as long as it’s not my oil change time top offs are included in my service (free). Get there and the guys check my tires and I’m used to them showing my dipstick to see where the oil is, today they didn’t and in about 3 mins I was all done. I leave my car starts sputtering I called 5 times no answer, I called private they answer on the first ring. Some guy that says he’s the manager once I asked for one started being extremely rude argumentative and refused to let me speak. I advised him top off or oil change they always show the dipstick, he says they don't which has me to believe they never put oil in my car. Tell me if you need to charge me and that's fine. Don't say you're doing a service and you're not. I'm good on take 5 and their rude "manager".

Oil change was timely. Except for one thing they would not take the coupon that i recieved in email for $20 off ANY oil change. They said that location dont take coupons for any oil changes unless it is highest cost ones!
