I've used this bank before it became synovus, it was bank of North Georgia for the longest time. 10 years with them. I haven't too many issues. The ATM does suck though hardly ever works. But that's not the employees issues that's higher up problems. I'm sure they've complained

Twenty six years with this bank; Citizens & Merchants, the Bank of N. GA and now Synovus. I moved to VR and now this location is my go-to location. I am very pleased with their customer service. Took a minute for them to know me but overall, a great experience!!
