Tayo was absolutely amazing! Even though I arrived less than 30 minutes till closing time, he did not hesitate to assist me. He was patient, understanding, positive, calm, knowledgeable, reassuring, and overall one of the sweetest, kindest humans I have met. Although the young lady who came out from the back mentioned they don't usually do phone transfers at the time I arrived, Tayo graciously continued to assist me without making me feel I was inconveniencing him. The other gentleman present was also very kind, understanding, and made me feel welcome. I am so glad I walked into Tayo's location when I did. He was my angle sent from above. Beyond grateful. :0)

We came from New York and had a great experience with Clyde (spelling is off) he was great and patient wit us all the employees was great at this location definitely suggest them to anyone also congratulations on the new addition.

The manager at the store was just very rude. She doesn't care what customer service told me... But customer service is very good and I do like my T-Mobile.I live on a small di check, and they help me out a lot.? love you guys Especially Customer service Angelica is one of the online managers. I've been to this store 3 times. And out of those 3 times. My visit was only satisfactory once. The staff seems to be in a rush to get you out of the way. My first visit, I purchased a phone. Second visit, not too long after, I needed the screen protector replaced. Two young male staff both said they didn't have the screen protector without even checking. I found it weird since I had recently bought the phone and screen protector from here. I asked could they double check or find out if douglasville had it before i went there. Another worker, short black male overheard the conversation, asked what phone again, literally grabbed the screen protector from behind one of the guys who said they didn't have it. Smh! It was obvious these 2 males had decides not to work at that moment. My third visit, I was told they couldn't assist me at all but I called Douglasville and they said they could without an issue.

Edmee was very helpful, courteous and professional in assisting with me with my wireless network needs. I appreciated her attention to detail as well as how polite and respectful to my questions and and needs. I found her to be well informed and she communicated and answered my questions with an impressive knowledge and understanding.

Tayo was an absolute pleasure to work with. He literally helped us for hours when he didn’t have to. The issue was all on our end and he helped make sure we were taken care of in the end. Him and mason, or Dennis? (Can’t remember the second guy of the topOf my head) went above and beyond and I couldn’t recommend more highly. Our situation left us there longer than the average customer, but they didn’t complain once. They just stuck with us and made sure we were happy and new T-Mobile customers. Thank you for the absolute TOP NOTCH customer service.

BEWARE!!!Scamers they told me that my bill for a 3rd line would only go up from $150 to $175. Yeah that was the first month now my bill is $251 a month last 2 months. They gave me 2 free lines I didn't want or neeed that actually are not free. Now they there is nothing I can do. I can't afford $251 a month for bad service and signal.

They send you coupons in the mail an when you go there and ask about it all of a sudden the deal went from 30.00 dollars a month for 2 phone lines an 30.00 dollars a month for wifi to 300.00 a month for both...what the hell..they false advertise to get you in the door

1st off MASON is “TMobile”, he has the answer to everything asked. The team was very professional, Daila shared her knowledge with me about every phone I picked up which made it easy for me to choose. I got an iphone15 and I know if there’s any questions or issues I may have, Clyed, Dalia and Mason assured me they will address any concerns to ensure customer satisfaction. Thank you guys, I am a customer forever because of you.

MASON went above and beyond in helping us get our new phones set up since we bought them on-line and had them delivered to our home. He was very knowledgeable and more than happy to help. If I could have Mason assist me in the future, I would definitely come back to this location.

This store has amazing customer service! Tayo helped us upgrade a phone and was very helpful throughout the whole process. It was great working with him! Also 100% better than the T-Mobile in the Carrollton location.

Mason and Lex (I believe she’s the store manager) and the other employee (I forgot his name) were all so kind and helpful! I had so many problems setting up my phone and they were so patient and kind. They made the process way smoother than it could have been for me. Thank y’all so much!

Didn't care much for this location. I felt I was being rushed out the door while it was raining because they could not help with what I came there for. They did direct me to top floor Arbor place mall. That group was VERY FRIENDLY and HELPFUL

I got amazing service, this young lady was very informative and she knew her phones and prices. She helped me save and gained my trust. I'm so sorry I can't remember her name. She was short and African American. T-mobile you got a great employee representing your name.
