Can someone here please help! What a shady way to run a business, no website and no voicemail, let alone trying to track Ken down on his working hours and get in the door to talk to him. What did you ultimately have to do to get your membership cancelled or is it all going to be a hassle no matter?

Charged my account a year later. I told them to cancel since I moved away. Made it difficult to cancel b/c no one would pick up the phone. I emailed them last charge was June of ‘22 and now in July of 2023 I’m getting charged and I live in Utah…

NEVER use this gym !!!!! My dad cancelled his membership due to moving. Here we are two years later and they all calling demanding $400. A lady called him today and was so rude to him. She threatened that if she did not have the money today she would ruin his credit. The place is a scam and needs to be shut down l.
