Have gone to Pro Tech for awhile and the owner/manager has always provided excellent customer service and he is very nice. However, the vacuuming was poor today and the lead vacuum tech provided bad customer service. Because of this, the owner vacuumed the auto again himself.

The past 2 times I have been here they have done a horrible job on cleaning my car and the cleaners have really bad attitudes if you say something there attitudes only gets worst. I figured give them another chance today but 2 times in a row for me I don't think I will go back.

The hours of “operation” will tell you customers don’t come first. This place has unfortunately went WAY down hill and mainly in the supervision area.

The business does oil changes and tire rotation. I'm not sure what other auto work they do. They also do auto washing and detail cleaning. Very good customer service.

$50 for ultimate package included hand wash with interior vacuum, windows, dash and trim cleaned and dressed. Wanted to upgrade to shampoo package but they didn’t have anyone to operate the equipment thankfully I saved that extra $70.
Exterior hand wash was good.
Interior fell short dirty wet rag left in floorboard. Floor mats were sprayed off but not cleaned still had loose dirt on them. Vacuum must have been off as the carpets were not clean. Dash and trim was wiped down but every corner and crevice was missed. Backseat and carpet wasn’t touched at all.
Hopefully this was just an off day or this place will be closed soon.

They are always fast, inexpensive, and friendly. Definitely recommend and I will be continuing to go there for any mechanical needs.

They do an awesome job at first. I don't like the fact they keep your car running while cleaning it....last time I went to them. They did a poor job. Didn't vacuum it good.. nor my seats. My windshield was foggy with chemicals. Took my car to my brother and he was hot looking at they work. He made time out his schedule to re clean my car. It was perfect

Do not use this place. They clean your windshield with dirty cloths that had Armor All on them. After paying good money for a carwash, had to re-clean the windshield myself with Windex and a clean cloth. You can't tell me that no one else has complained about this. It happens every time. They should be using either clean cloths or paper towels with a window cleaner rather than smearing up your windshield. This is either pure laziness on the part of their staff or management is too cheap to provide clean cloths. ?
