Pilot use to have a NO DROP TRAILER rule. Parked here at the one on I-20 exit 19. Counted 5 drop trailers some trucks might be in shop. Ok then there are at least 7 bobtails. This is crazy

was told that I need to have a rewards card to park at the Pilot in Braselton, GA to use the reserve parking for bobtail and the price was going to be 20.00. When they don't have ample parking as it is.

Do NOT come here !!!! there are more reservation parking spots than there is regular parking spots and there are no showers available they're broken.. they should change the name to the ghetto travel center.

No shawer service No bathrooms openI need to pee where the f*** i can goIts discusting they closed everything Even though you can't book shawer from the phone you need to wait for 1 or 2 hours

Very bad service subway employees is dirty showers is messy no respect for customers vending machines not working 2 day all employees like savages think in mind they don't listen customers so i don't recommended this pilot travel service very very bad service and precious named employee is to worth and rude

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Keep Reserve Parking spots cleared for customers. Able to drop a trailer once checked in with staff and go home.
