I’m surprised by the low rating here. I’ve been twice in the last 2 years and had good experiences both times. The first time I went mid afternoon with no appointment. I didn’t have insurance, and the man went through each charge, explained everything and asked if I was ok with paying. I was in and out in 45 minutes— not bad for no appointment. The second time I went in the morning and had insurance, and the woman still went through every charge, explained everything and asked if I was ok to pay the remaining balance. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes— morning visits are the way to go! Im afraid of needles and had kind people who did a great job keeping me calm and doing a quick job for both blood draws. The only suggestion I’d make is updating hours online. Online says 4:30, but they started closing at 4 recently.

Please update the hours to reflect the correct time on the Internet and voicemail. I rushed to make my way to the facility for bloodwork only to find a note on the door indicating the hours changed last month. Needless to say the center was already closed. Major inconvenience.

Not sure why all the negative reviews. I had wonderful experience at my visit on Oct 2nd. Both of the ladies working were very friendly and sweet. I had to be seen for my 3 hr gestational diabetes test. I have major anxiety about getting my blood drawn and they were very kind and helped ease my anxiety. The office was super busy with a full lobby to the point there wasn't enough seats for everyone but they handled it well and still with a smile on their face.

My autistic son and I went to get his levels checked which is a routine that we do every few months the phlebotomist was very rude to my son and myself she snatched his backpack from him and said I need this arm if we're I'm going to be drawing blood, I asked her not to do that and to use the other arm to draw the blood.And she said how about I don't draw his blood at all and you can leave because you're threatening me so I'm going to call security to escort you out because I am refusing to draw his blood because I'm feeling threatened by you.but the innocent do not have to run so I will wait here for security in the lobby which is what I did and she in turn started to fabricate and build on her lies so she would come out looking like the poor victim.The security guard said you could have already left but you didn't .you waited on me to tell me your story and I believe you because everyone does not know how to work with or understand autistic children. And he said I am very sorry that this happened to you.

I’m terrified of needles, the nurse that took my blood this young black woman was very nice and I did not even feel the needle. Thanks! I had blood work done at Cadeuces a few years ago and it was horrible.

Very unprofessional. I had a horrible experience. The tech never even got any blood from either arm… he told me to go to the er to have my blood drawn. The er is in the same building pretty much…. He was listening to music with profanity, throwing tubes and missing trash can. I would give negative stars if I could. If you have to use Labcorp, please use a different location.

I took my wife here to have her blood drawn and the technician did not seem to have a clue what he was doing. He tried to get a vein multiple times and appeared to be sticking the needle all the way through the vein. One of the female technicians offered to help and he refused it. He ended up telling my wife that it just wasn't working and to go to outpatient or to another Lab Corp location. We were both stunned as she has her blood drawn on a regular basis at Emory with zero issues. I would give negative stars if possible. Do not go here.

I made an online appointment and checked in online. I sat in my car waiting for about 20 minutes. I went in and sat another 15 minutes. No one was in the waiting room. I finally knocked on the receptionist door. I was told they didn't have a number to text me. I don't understand how the system can text me a confirmation and let me check in but not have my number.

Been going here monthly for about 7yrs. This used to be a great place. Quick service. We always make an appointment and would be seen quickly. The past 2yrs... appointments dont matter anymore, you still wait an hour or more. The new people dont know how standing orders work... Dont know how to use the online appointment system. They need some major training or something. I don't understand what the problem is after this long.

Very friendly staff although they seem short staffed (who isn’t right now?) so therefore the wait times are a little longer even with an appointment.

I had an appointment there. It was the only one that I could get an appt with . Had already waited at another labcorp as long as I could the day before So, made an appointment, drove all the way there. 1 hr. And when I finally find it there is a note on the door saying unforseen circumstances we're closed until next tuesday!

If they’re not going to be at work on time, the least they can do is have seating so that the elderly can sit down. People are waiting outside entirely too long to stand. This is unacceptable. The hours on the website also needs to be updated.
