I had an appointment at 3:30 pm, got there on time and sat at the front just waiting for 15 min, made eye contact with some employees but no one say anything to me, when finally someone came, she told me that she was finishing with a cut and she was dyeing someone else and needed to finish tha therefore she asked to come back in an hour. I came back at 4:30 pm and I waited until 5, she finally stated cutting my hair at 5, with no shampoo not wetting my hair, just BARELY spraying it with some water. I asked for some long layers and get cut off the split ends, and take out volume (since I have thick hair). It is worth mentioning that she keeped getting discouraged with coworkers and other customers while trying to cut my hair.At the end she took 30 min to only cut my hair after I waited 1.5 hours after my appointment AND didn't get the hair cut I asked for. Fortunately I don't hate my hair but #1 is not what I asked for and #2 is DEFINITELY NOT worth of 1.5 hours wait (with appointment).

Olivia was my hairdresser and I love my haircut. My hair is thick and wavy and a challenge to cut and she did a beautiful job. I have walked out feeling pretty and very happy with my haircut.

Come here to see Candie every 6-8 weeks for highlights and I absolutely love it there! She's amazing at what she does and the atmosphere there is great. I love sitting and talking with the other stylists as well! Definitely recommend!!
