I like the store, very clean & well organized. The prices are CRAZY HIGH. I have donated several times before, I have purchased "LOTS" of nice overpriced items from them as well. Each customer is asked to "round up" their change to the next dollar at the check out. I hear a lot of customers declining this option. I paid $34.99 for a juicer that was donated to them. I paid $14.99 for a pair of "used" tennis shoes. The sticker prices on the items at this location are inflated enough-- SHAME ON THIS STORE for expecting even more $$$$ at the check out , it is TRUELY SHAMEFUL.*****The Villa Rica store needs to take at least 10-20% of their daily sale profits and donate that amount to their "round up" fund.***** It would make all the sense in the world considering the prices they are charging people for donated items. They should have enough sales income to support all of their causes & funds from each sale they make. Your store already has the customer's top monetary contribution!! This location is a good example of that old saying: GOOD OLD AMERICAN GREED. The customers are already supporting your store & your community round up fund with every item they purchase. Just by reading other reviews, I can see the extreme prices are causing people to go elsewhere.

I have donated hundreds of items, and also have purchased at least the same amount of items in the store. They throw so many good usable items away they could help people and families in need. Just recently supplied a disabled person with chairs table and TV all that were found thrown away in the dumpster. It's a shame throws away so much useful things and appliances they could be making the difference in people's lives especially those with financial need or in poverty. Just a few days ago without warning Goodwill had the police come to the store and served me with a criminal trespass warning paper which I signed and have not and will not be returning there. The very next day I had received a phone call from the police department saying that I had to turn myself in on account of theft and criminal trespassing. I'm pretty sure this is the definition of pathetic and greedy. Trying to press charges against people who go through obvious trash and garbage. Never opened a door or touched a lock, just getting useful items to help and assist those in need and this is how Goodwill treats people.

There very clean, but the prices are a bit much. I found one of the jackets that i donated (black fack leather) and they where selling it for 15 bucks when i payed like 30. Now it was pretty much brand new but still its used. Also, i went in there today to shop around and found a shirt that i liked. When i went up to pay it was 10 bucks for 3 things i was thinking it was a little too cheap for that much but didnt think anything of it. Come to find out when i got home the shirt wasnt there and was not rung up. I know for sure when i put stuff up on the counter it was there. Not sure what happend to it but j didnt get it ?♀️

Very clean store but the prices... I've been in twice and both times found things I would have bought but for very little more could go purchase brand new.Example: Books. Why am I going to pay $5 for a used book.. I can go to places like Ollie's and get them for even less than that BRAND NEW. If they'd been a buck I would have bought several + and I'd do it every time I came in.And $5 for a used shirt is also steep. The clearance racks in every store have brand new for that.Goodwill has to be losing out on money hand over fist in sales trying to push the envelope on pricing.

Sadly the prices have got out of hand at this goodwill. $20-30 for jeans, $15-30 for shoes with no insoles or laces, $10-20 shirts. Unfortunately the only day worth going now is on Saturday for .99 cent day but if it’s a good item they change the color tag so it won’t be included in the sale. Do better villa rica, you are priced higher than the buckhead Goodwill :(

Went in to get clothes for work. Asked if there was any changing rooms, the worker said there is a 7 day return policy. BUT was not told if you return the clothes you won’t get it put back on your card, they will give you a gift card for store credit. It’s ridiculous I usually don’t ever post anything but I lost $50.Will for sure not be coming back.

I shop at goodwills all over Georgia, this is definitely one of the stores with ridiculous prices. Still can’t understand how FREE inventory can warrant such a high prices

They've got a lot of items in the store but for a "second hand' store, the prices are a little too high, in my opinion. And their customer service is lacking.
