This concierge-style pharmacy cares about my health and me as a person! I have never experienced the kindness, professionalism, warmth, and flexibility from a drug store in my entire life!I am in a time period where my medical providers are still sending my medications to another pharmacy, and Villa Rica Drugs calls them on my behalf to coordinate medication transfers.I have a mild disability that makes it difficult to manage my medications on my own.They offer a customizable pill package system, which can include over-the-counter supplements and prescription medications. I was unsure if the pill packaging system would work for me because I had never tried anything like it before.Upon my request, they allowed me to try this method of adaptive medication management free of charge for a week, with the understanding that if I chose to continue this specific service, I would pay the monthly service fee. I love this system and decided to continue it.The pill package system fee is $5.00 per month, and it does not include the cost of the actual medications. The specific lady who sets up the pill package system, named Jackie, called me on a Wednesday because she wanted to make sure that I wanted to continue with this program, and if she could make the system easier for me to use!My meds were not due for packaging at that point in time! She went the extra mile to discuss ways to fine-tune the service FOR ME, and to make sure that I did not have any new medications that needed to be added and how I am supposed to take them.They also offer free delivery to people who live in certain areas.As a financial comparison, try ordering one bottle of fish oil from Amazon without a subscription to Amazon Prime!

I love my pharmacy is the best ever all the whole staff is amazing and customer service is excellent I so love them wonderful in getting my medicines too you if they don’t have it they will would order it for you and it’s there and the pharmacy reminds you too come get your medicine great pharmacy in this time In age you can’t find a pharmacy like this great pharmacy!!

They are always on point and have my prescriptions ready in no time and I never have to wait for hours like the bigger pharmacies instead, it’s like 10 or 15 minutes and my prescriptions are ready which is so convenient and I love how they are small town pharmacy and they know everybody and normally know you by name if you’ve been coming there a while today are there very knowledgeable about your medicines and make the experience personal I wouldn’t change Pharmacy’s for the world. Thank you for all you do for our community Villa, Rica Drug!!!

I will never regret the switch from one of the big stores. Here I am more than the $$ my prescriptions bring in. They ALWAYS answer the phone and are so customer service oriented. The pharmacist always greets you as well as the staff... With a smile. This is the perfect hometown store. Thank you.

They are always fast and friendly. They go beyond what any other pharmacist will do. Even on case by case basis they will even stay a little longer so you get your medication the same day. They are hardly ever out of medications either unlike other pharmacies.

The pharmacists and staff are absolutely amazing! They are extremely efficient and kind-hearted. My prescriptions are always ready the same day I order them. If my doctor submits a new prescription, it is always filled within the hour. I cannot recommend this pharmacy enough!

My family has been using Villa Rica drugs ever since it opened. This is the best pharmacy I’ve ever used in my entire life. They are super friendly, knowledgeable, and the service is fast. One time, I actually timed them, without telling them I was doing it. From the time I walked in with a new prescription and handed it to them, they got it done, and I paid for it in less than two minutes. I’ve never had to wait very long at all ever for a prescription. It’s just a good hometown pharmacy!

I switched from cvs to villa rica drugs a few months ago! BEST DECISION I could’ve made. They are quick and responsive. They tend to their peoples needs and are always so kind. They even deliver if you call ahead !
