Had an amazing experience with Ryan and his employee. They took about 2 hours to finish my Tesla Model 3, but it would have been an hour and a half if I didn't chat with Ryan. They did an excellent job and I couldn't be happier with the results. For the price, I highly recommend this company. They even came out on New Years Eve because I needed a clean fast and they didn't charge me extra for it. So grateful for them!

Ryan was extremely professional and kind throughout the process. I am very very particular about my car so its not easy for me to get away from the 'if you want it done, do it yourself' mentality, but in this case... Ryan put as much effort if not more then I would have in this years detailing. We bought a used car for my soon to be driving teenager. The car upholstery was dirty and smelled of cigarettes. The dash was dull and run down. These guys were amazing and very professional. He kept me updated of his arrival time and went above and beyond making the inside look a lot better than it did before they did their magic. The dash was all shiny and new looking and the seats and carpet looked so much better. . I will definitely be using them again.Service: Auto detailing

They were super responsive, reasonable. I thought it was great UNTIL I went to turn my radio on and there’s water in the console. It was blinking and flipping repeatedly and now it’s completely black. I reached out to Ryan first thing this morning with video and photos and he said he would come take a look. I called no answer. I text showing another picture of the screen with water and it being completely blacked out and asked for a refund since I know have to pay to have it repaired or replaced. I was told there’s no proof that they did anything wrong and to take it to a dealer and if they can prove it was their fault he’d issue a refund.
I’m extremely disappointed and truthfully pissed at this point. Aside from that my seats are still damp 24 hours later so I’m going to have to dry them out to prevent it from mildewing. I will be filing a bbb complaint and filing suit once the repairs are made which I wouldn’t have done if he’d just refunded my money since it’s going to cost $80 just to have it looked at.

You would swear we just got our cars off of the lot. I mean they went above and beyond and that is worth every penny. It wasn’t about just doing the job that was asked for, it was about making sure we came out happier than expected. I can’t say enough positive things about them both. I was shocked with the results!
