He was patient, understanding, positive, calm, knowledgeable, reassuring, and overall one of the sweetest, kindest humans I have met. Although the young lady who came out from the back mentioned they don't usually do phone transfers at the time I arrived, Tayo graciously continued to assist me without making me feel I was inconveniencing him. The other gentleman present was also very kind, understanding, and made me feel welcome. I am so glad I walked into Tayo's location when I did. He was my angle sent from above. Beyond grateful. :0)”
