Was looking for a new gym and was going to give this one a try, since it's conveniently located. Despite the Illuminated OPEN sign, and it being business hours, the doors were locked, and nobody was here to open them. After looking at the reviews, I'm thinking maybe this was a blessing. I'll go somewhere else.

Same as everyone else. Got hit for a "missed payment" seven years later. After multiple attempts to pay and sent through multiple companies to try and pay it. Worst gym in Carroll County.

DO NOT EVER sign anything for this gym. They use a "Affiliated Acceptance Corporation" for payments which is a SCAM company that uses late fees and incompetence on their end to charge you more. I was just charged for this gym randomly over a year after I have cancelled with them. They will charge fees every month via the small print and not inform you ever. I REPEAT - SIGNING WITH THIS GYM IS A SCAM

Don't go here !!!! Avoid !! At all cost !!! I canceled my membership and they still charge me even after I asked them to please stop the guy in the office or whoever answers the phone all the time is a big a.. face !!! They won't even refund my money back !! Told me to call his accountent said noting they can do !!! Really avoid this place plus when I did go here the key would only work maybe 1/10 times ! Thanks for the customer support!!!! Wish I could put less then a one start cause you don't deserve that
