I know it’s not a pharmacy, but I use disposable cameras and old film cams and I need to get my film developed. And to the person who left a 1 star review, just go to a regular CVS.

Not a CVS

They are fast and responsive when another CVS is slow to inform of filled prescription just before closing. We could not get to our normal CVS. Villa Rica CVS was able to fill same day and had two prescriptions filled in 20 minutes. Mandy who took the call stated it would be over an hour. My husband and I appreciate them so very much. I am grateful for the quick turnaround from a medical standpoint and could not thank them enough. If I had the original Lady's name who tried to transfer earlier I would mention her. Our CVS played games until just before closing the pharmacy and I had to get the Supervisor of the store involved. I hate that but they had them filled and just didn't let me know. It is irresponsible and reprehensible that they do this. It is also against the American with Disabilities to deny me medication and the right to transfer the medication at 3:00. Carrollton CVS.

Should be 0 stars. This is the absolute worst cvs. I had pictures printed and I did them online, and picked up in store. The woman was immediately rude to be asking my name with an attitude, and then getting irritated that I had a attitude back. I then checked out and went back to the restroom, being 37 weeks pregnant I really had to go. I waited and waited and pulled both doors, and then a worker came out of one and kept telling me I couldn't use the employee bathroom. There was NO sign saying employee bathroom, so that's why I pulled on the door. She was very adamant that I know I had to use the other bathroom, like had a minute long conversation with me while I was flipping through my pictures that looked awful and standing waiting for the bathroom. And I'm so pregnant, that I know she could tell then a teenage boy came out from the bathroom, left the toilet seat up, and had just got done smoking weed. I was livid. I hate people. I hate CVS. The photo below is one that I got printed off. It's so blurry, and every photo is like that.

Horrible pharmacy staff!!!! They don't understand the difference between urgently needed medications in high risk populations and just routine medications. The staff couldn't be any slower or careless and not only do they misinform people but they also don't give you all the relevant information. Go ANYWHERE ELSE FOR YOUR MEDICATIONS.

Pharmacist try's to argue and not fill your prescriptions . Has even told me that in one case this doc can't write scripts for this medication, well do you know how embarrassing it is to have a doc tel u that in front of everyone especially when I always get my scripts from this doc and have never had any issues . To have a doc say all this in front of everyone is Fkn embarrassing Another example as of now . Looked online to see when scripts would be ready it said today scripts can be filled up to 3 days on the bottle why would I bring a script in if I couldn't get it filled . ?? So I call to see when my meds are ready it's been there for several days and this man tells me he won't fill em he doesn't have to , so i asked for his I.D and EDMUND said no he won't give it to me and hung up the phone ... if my insurance was excepted anywhere else I would've been gone already. U put a Fkn racist a** Nigerian a****** out here in the country . I have never had a pharmacist ever in 30+years ever tell me what he won't or will do or ever be rude seems like this jakass didn't get the proper education..not to mention his store is always in shambles and he's always behind !! I bet it is because he try's to be everyone's daddy... please be advised that if you need meds and have a prescription do not go to CVS. I believe with the quality of help in the medication department is being given to the cheapest help they can acquire. And there is definitely not a customer /pharmacy relationship with no one here . They act like it's the shiftiest job they have to do and even Suk at that.. corporate bulshit we all voted to let build in our community and this is what we get !! Strangers that come in and dictate when and what they will fill , be rude and condescending to you and hang up on you ... then at the end of the day they could care less about you or your family CVS as a whole are here to take your money and if u have any questions you will be told to call corporate, so then corporate can act like their incompetent and turn it around on you as well. I'm so over it. That I have to take time outta my day with two kids to get this message out there.. good luck to all that want to feel even shittier trying to get your meds... do not go to the villa Rica location this pharmacist will be against you .. especially if you use them a lot , he will decide from then on when he will give you your meds, he will literally take it upon himself , not what script says ,what he says . So I gotta make trips to this place all the damn time.. instead of just filling the Goddamn script.. this s*** isn't rocket Fkn science . Close but not!! I don't need a daddy I have one!!either put someone that is community oriented and friendly , or please shut your doors because you are now becoming embarrassing here in our community...!

I received a text that one of my medications were ready to be picked up. I called 3 separate times over the course of an hour and a half to try and make sure my other medicine was ready too. Each time I got a recording that said no one in the pharmacy was available. After waiting for 1 hour and 7 minutes in the drive thru, behind 5 other vehicles , I got to the window to find out that my insurance would not cove my second prescription. I get text from CVS about everything from flu shots to Prostate exams at the Minute Clinic. But they cannot text me that they are not filling my prescription. They have the worst customer service thru the drive thru of anyone I know. That includes the Villa Rica McDonalds.

I know they are short staffed but when they are your regular pharmacy for many years and you come from the urgent care because you are sick, you should not have to wait 4 hours for your prescriptions.

The WORST pharmacy. I scheduled an appointment for 8am, checked in at 7:45am and wasn’t seen until about 8:50am. 40 minutes of waiting I went to the pharmacy and asked what I was waiting on and she says the Pharmacists were still doing report. I go back and sit down for another 20 minutes and then go back to the pharmacy to see WHAT the problem was as I’ve been the only person waiting since I arrived at 7:30am. She said the pharmacist was drawing up my vaccine and I checked in wrong when I very clearly followed the directions on the app and checked in online. Because it’s the patients fault you’re an hour late ??♀️ Don’t go here if you’re planning on doing anything afterwards because you’ll be late. After a 12 hour night shift not how I wanted to spend my morning when what should of took no more then 10-20 minutes.

I don't know how this pharmacy stays open, I know there is a standard of care. It literally takes forever to get your prescriptions. I have gotten the wrong meds, had my prescriptions lost, and they never answer the phone. This is a pharmacy not McDonald's!! No competent pharmacists in VR that I have found and I've tried them all, all the way to Carrollton. Villa Rica is great but doesn't carry the brand I need. Awful experience

Extremely slow customer service at the pharmacy and minute clinic. Took 5 hours to have a prescription filled.

Service at this pharmacy is terrible. They are always out of meds and get prescriptions incorrect. It has been this way for years and they just can’t get it together!

This place is horrible. 0 stars if I could select. Doctors call in prescriptions for their patients and they do whatever they can, not to fill the prescriptions. Leaving the patient to call the pharmacy and their doctors multiple times to try to resolve the issue. Pain medication is medically necessary for many patients and why it exists in the pharmacological field. Doctors see patients and determine courses of treatment. Not everyone using medication is a drug addict. Unfortunately due to the buy out of a large insurance company by CVS it seems there is no incentive to provide good service. I have been hung up on, told medications were ready when they were not, told they would not fill the medication my doctor sent over etc. subpar and a part of why the system is broken. They are not interested in their customer satisfaction or customer health. Without proper medication patients conditions deteriorate and they then further tax our medici system in other ways. I.e in the emergency room, taking up hospital beds, requiring more extensive diagnostics from worsening conditions etc.

Worst drive through ever...best decision ever was to start using the Walgreens across the street! This CVS has turned into a park at the drive-thru and wait while we fill your prescription and ask you about your day and try to convince you to come in and get a Flu shot.

Literally the worst pharmacy I’ve ever experienced!!! Impossible wait times in both the drive-thru and inside. Picking up a simple recurring prescription shouldn’t take an hour... EVERY. SINGLE. TIME!
