i’ve went into this place 4 different days and each day the price has raised on how much i need to pay. The guy (Daniel) up there at cricket expected me to pay different amounts each time and i was not having it. cricket is a good place but that is very unacceptable!

I went to Cricket Wireless today in Villa Rica to purchase a new iPhone 14 and I paid for it in whole. When the customer service technician transferred my information to the new phone none of my apps or pictures transferred with it. I did not realize this until I got home so I factory reset the phone to do a phone to phone transfer but did not realize by doing that I would have to get a new IEMI number. So I went back to the Cricket store and they were going to CHARGE me $9.99 for a new IEMI to reactivate the phone. I told them I was not paying that,. I just spent $900 on a phone and $25 on the "upgrade fee" and now they are wanting to charge me another $9.99 for something that was not my fault. The young man at the store called Erica to explain the issues. I could hear her on the phone with him and she was very rude and abrupt with her own employee. She told him that she was NOT comping the charge and either him or I was going to have to pay the $9.99, so he paid it. When I ask to speak to her she refused and I heard her tell him she was not speaking to me because she was busy at another store. I asked for her full name and her bosses name and she told me that it was none of my business and then hung up the phone on the employee she was speaking to. Let me say that both gentlemen in the store were very helpful and professional, and could probably teach their manager a thing or two about customer service. I cannot believe the interaction I witnessed today from Erica and I will never shop this store again and honestly might leave Cricket over it for another carrier. What a bad manager, she should be replaced immediately.

We drive all the way to Villa Rica because we went to the one in Bremen once. They were rude, turned noses up. Acted like nobody wanted to help us. In Villa Rica, the staff is always warm and greets you at the door.
