This boost mobile is horrible!! Always has been. If you need good customer service and someone who knows what they are talking about, go to the Boost mobile on Hwy 5 in Douglasville or Austell off Thornton Rd.

Went in to purchase two cell phones they had no Samsung phone which thats what we were looking to by was told to go online anyways cause it was cheaper we ordered online bought the phone this was February 26, 2023 the phone was surpose to come on March 3rd got a message my phone was delivered but they was not so I reported my package lost or stolen contacted ups they took care of me as far as sending the refund back to boost mobile but when I go to call boost mobile they wanted a police report so I went that and they gave me this email to send it to and everytime I send it to them it take up to 24 to 48 hours for someone to call you back just to tell you they did not receive it. It is June and I have still yet to get my 641.00 I spent for the phones I do not have.. Went to the boost mobile stores more than one once no help and they are telling me there is only one way to send this police report to them you can not fax it or mail it it has to be send to this email that does not work I have sent it to them thru every email I own even created a new one and I still get the same reponse so with me being with boost mobile for over 18 years I am taking my business some where else and I am out of my money and my phones. I am highly upset set and I am putting this out there so it does not happen to anyone else. Wish I would have never tried the online experience.

Maria is the most unhelpful and rudest person I have dealt with in a long time. She literally was mad two paying customers came in at 6 because they close at 7. An hour is enough time to handle pretty much anything at the phone store. She refused to help us switch carries stating it was my job to call metro and get all the information to switch. I have never had to do anything but walk into the store to change carriers. This has been the worst experience I've had ever in a phone store honestly. No hello, no hows your day, notjing but eye glares and huffs. She wouldnt even tell us what phones were available. Maybe Maria would do better in an office job without customers.

Went in to pay phone bill and money was fraudulently misused.. No one has any recollection of me making the payment even though it shows up on my bank app.. I really think they used it towards their own account or their friend's account.. Where else would it mysteriously go??

I just call this place waited 15 minute and call again they not pick up and you the customer plus denied me for my insurance claim ben have phone with a few years and free phone paying customers it's Christmas should be like sense you been with us a few years we got new plan for you bet they make more money

Went in to have a sim Boost had to send me in the mail activated on my device because trying to dial 611 on either sim kept dropping call. The employee said she could not do it unless purchased there, and REFUSED TO CALL Customer service on the store line since I was unable to call from my phone! Since 611 for ALL phone carriers always want you to call from a device OTHER than the one you're trying to troubleshoot, I've always done that, and this is the first time any store has refused to connect me to customer service when needed!

Customer Service for boost mobile on the phone was horrible store personal was extemely helpful. Went back in a few days later different girl working and she rounded out now both in store & on the phone customer service sucked would never recommend Boost Horrible service issue still not resolved!!!!

I left cricket to buy 2 new phones. The only phone they had was the cool pad. I only had the phone for 3 days before I started having issues after issues. After returning the phone to the store. The other clerk told us that they were not very good phones but couldn't refund my money. I had to wait about 3 weeks to go back to cricket and purchased other phones and get proper service. Glad I could go back . Cool pad phones are the worst phone in service.

Excellent customer service! Tried 3 different times to get help by calling customer service on 611 and was given the run around and literally lied to and told the reason i had no signal was that i i needed to get a new phone or a new sim card. So i went to store to get a new sim card and i didn't even need one. The staff fixed the problem in less than five minutes. I also was told by 611 that my due date was the 17th of the month when i have always paid my bill on the first of the month for 5 yrs. I paid on the first as usual but they cut my phone off on the16th and said i missed a payment. The staff at the store spent over an hr getting this straightened out and called me back on the 18th to make SURE i still had service! Now THAT is what i call customer service!! Wish i could rate them 10 stars!!

Bad bad bad... Had a price on a case and then charged triple price of it. Cause they messed up. It's crazy. They shouldn't of put 5$ price tag on the case and then wanna charge 15 for it. Never again will I come to this boost in Villa rica..
