I am 100% satisfied with Villa Rica Auto Care. Brett is the best! He is honest and will let you know exactly what your vehicle needs. If your vehicle needs something else he will let you know what's the best option. Great Prices! Fast Service! And so Convenient. Especially the text message feature. This let's you know that your vehicle is ready. I have been back 3 times and never have been disappointed. I was amazed at how fast the flexplate and starter job was done. Especially the awesome price! I will definitely go back again.
Thanks Villa Rica Auto Care for keeping my work truck on the road!

Horrible service. The owner is a jerk. Told me it would be $400 to fix my hood latch and when I told him no he told me I should take my car somewhere more in my price range. Got my hood latch fixed for $120.

I was so apprehensive to bring my vehicle in for services/repairs since Beavers changed ownership and became Villa Rica Auto Care. It’s so difficult to find honesty and reasonable pricing in the industry and Beaver’s had treated us so well over the years. Villa Rica Auto Care has retained us as customers. I had to bring my van in for a new alternator and new ownership honored the warranty given under Beaver‘s. VR Auto Care continues with same quality service and pricing. The owner took time to address my concerns (many beyond the alternator) and explain. I 100% recommend this shop. When I initially called to bring my vehicle in I was pleasantly surprised that the same receptionist and mechanics are all still there. That speaks volumes about the new ownership.

I called and needed to ask a question of a mechanic, specifically whether I could bring my Jeep up there with a dead battery or no battery. The Jeep would need to be towed. The receptionist assured me that someone would call me back. That was over a week ago, and no one ever called back. I ended up Googling and finding out that replacing an alternator is easy, so I did it myself and probably saved a few hundred dollars. I am a millionaire and don’t really like doing stuff like this. Would have been an easy job for these folks. If your receptionist is going to promise a return call, and if you care about honestly and professionalism, then return the call. Otherwise you lose business and get a one-star review. By the way, I am local and have three vehicles. I will never bring any vehicle there for repair based on this promise made then casually disregarded.

I did not know they had new owners when I took my vehicle in for air condition issues. Well don't recommend these new people. I was told also that I had transmission trouble and I'd need a new one. Well I gave the vehicle to my daughter.Well turns out it was a timing change issue. Still expensive but a lot cheaper than a transmission. He also wanted to charge me 1500 to change a switch for the air conditioner from staying on heat and not changing. My daughter's tech said just a switch that won't cost you much money at all. I will never go back again.

My engine splash shield was hanging on by a thread so I scraped my way to VR auto care. (new customer) In and out...10 mins max...Brett even made the fix free of charge! A simple act of kindness that made my day! Hopefully I won't be needing their actual repair services any time soon, but when I do...I know exactly where I'll be going!

It was great when it was "Beavers Auto Care ", don't be fooled by the good reviews you see. They were written before the new management took over. Beavers was definitely.more reasonable price wise . This new manager is far from being friendly and understanding. Claims he sent text messages to Inform me that my vehicle was ready, but in reality I was the one to call to see if it was ready. He wanted to change me storage fees when it had only been there a week. Had been dealing with Beavers for 10 years. But now that's over after this experience. What a shame since it was so convenient for me. Well I guess that's indicative of today's society. Pay extra for convenience yet quality and customer service takes a back seat.
