If i could give 0 I would this store is hardly open and the rep doesn't know anything. I just called for a wifi plan with 2 phone lines and was hung up on. Just continuous horrible customer service. Don't bother going they won't be able to help you. Find another store they blow.

Came to do business and the store is closed. Open sign still on so I Called and someone said they are on lunch, and won’t be back until 5:20. Wow. Left for lunch at 4:18 pm..So you close the entire store?? Crazy. 3 ppl told me issues with this store and I see now. Smh ridiculous

This store is a joke. The store manager is rude. Just switch over from Verizon to Att was having issue with getting 76 year old mother phone changed over and he refused to help since it was just a flip phone. So I had to drive to Carrollton store who were very helping and polite. She also went I to the store, to see if they could help her understand the phone and he told her that he don’t teach customer how to work the phone, it is not his job. And when I called the store he hung the phone up on me and then wouldn’t take my call, sent me to customer service desk. I filed a complaint and asked for the district manager of that store and no one returned my call. AT&T needs to get someone else in this store. I was a customer of Verizon for year which I never had any rude customer service. Thinking my decision to change to Att was a mistake.

Employees drawing when I enter, scoffs when I ask if I can upgrade my phone. Continues his phone call while I wait. Then tells me he just can’t log in so there’s nothing to do about it. I get it’s not exciting, but neither is bad customer service.

I would like to say that the employees at the villa rica ga location were extremely helpful and kind and were immediately eager to help the minute I walked in.

Bruce helping me with my problem he contacted Christina for me would call me back and I think I've got my problem handle but Bruce did a good job and looking after me.

I went yesterday to upgrade my phone and the rep called Bruce was the only one in the store helping everyone. He was extremely patient and knowledgeable. He worked and acknowledged everyone as they walked in. Nobody left upset. He has a professional demeanor and was great to work with. It’s been a long time since I have seen such excellent service. AT&T needs to do better with staffing. Bruce thank you so much, you were great!

I came into the store to get a phone activated. Matt helped me and i ended up being upsold and sent on my way. Had to come back the next day to get everything fixed and Mr. Bruce was there to assist me. He was professional and courteous and honestly wish he helped me from the start. Not only did he solve my issue, he also helped me set up my galaxy watch as well. The company needs more employees like him. 10 out of 10 will only come back because of him.

I accidentally installed malware on my phone, and I couldn't get it off. Bruce was able to get it deleted in about 10 minutes. Thanks, Bruce. I really appreciate the help.
