Purchased a brand new 2016 Ram 1500 in 2017. Was told it had a lifetime powertrain warranty. Serviced it there mostly and had records on hand for when it was serviced elsewhere. Engine (lifters and camshaft) failed at 238k miles. Weaseled out of lifetime warranty. Agreed to pay 6k+ for lifters/camshaft replacement. They tore into my engine and cam bearings came out, telling me I need a new engine now ($13500+). Now I tell them I’m taking it elsewhere to replace the engine(better warranty-nationwide and 4K cheaper) and they want to charge me 1k plus for the work they did taking it apart. So I decide to ask about a trade for a new ram. Their price was about 6k higher than everyone else and they only offered me $250 for my trade(see below). Oh did I mention I had just purchased a 64k work truck from them 2 weeks prior to this?
WORST DEALERSHIP EVER. NEVER EVER BUY FROM THESE CROOKS.

Sean was absolutely amazing, down to earth and so helpful. He took great car of me and my family. Took less than 45 minutes for the whole process and answered any questions we had. Definitely made me feel welcome! Dealing with paperwork with Lotti was great and she also explained things in depth as well. Great team at Woody Folsom in Vidalia. Will be seeing Sean for all our car needs in the future.

Positive experience! Was passing through town trying to get across state and had a breakdown. Cylinder misfire. Arrived for my appointment in the morning and left with my car running like new before lunch. Can't beat that.

If you want the best deals around, you gonna need to stop in and see the sales team at Woody Folsom CDJR in Vidalia! Steve and his team will work hard to take care of you not just during the sale but beyond! The service team is very knowledgeable and helpful. Grant, Alston, Kenneth and the A1 mechanics will take good care of your automobile and you! They are thorough and very prompt! The office staff are very friendly and hospitable. You feel like you’re family when you are there! I bought a 2016 Dodge Ram 1500 new, the first Dodge I’ve owned, and I’m hooked and to top that off to know I’m being taken care of by the best!

I didn’t get my current vehicle from this dealership but they are local for my Jeep needs and I have discovered their service department is awesome! Thank you Dana and Alston for making sure I was taken care of today and for the same day turn around (3hours if that) wasn’t expected or even asked for but so appreciated since I travel for work! Robert held my keys until I could get there and was very nice as well!! Good folks!

Robert Bourdeau and Sean Beasley helped us with the purchase of our vehicle; they were professional, nice, and eager to answer any and all questions. Darby has been very responsive and helpful throughout, by setting my appt before and then conveying information and services after the sale. I took my truck to service for a warranty fix all I'm getting is Horrible customer service even got hung up on twice and keep getting told different days my truck will be ready from service department been over a week and can't get a strait answer when they will have it done after I get it back will definitely never go back and will not recommend dealership to anyone worst experience I have ever had at a dealership
