SCAMMERS AND CRIMINALSMy husband bought a truck from Shannon (salesman) on May 13th. We went to the probate office to purchase a tag and we were told the dealership did not provide the title. We also got a letter from our loan company stating they were not provided with the title either. I called Vidalia and they said we needed to speak to the title clerk at Trinity Automotive Group because they owned that dealer as well and our paperwork was sent there. We called British (title clerk) at Trinity and she told us she would handle it. Another month goes by, mind you we have been calling several times a week to check on this, and still nothing has been done. At this point British refuses to talk to us and says we need to speak to the owner of the dealerships about our title. So I ask for his number and she will not give it to me. She said she will tell him to call me. Another couple weeks go by and I hear nothing from Dave Anderson (the owner) so I call and ask for the manager and I am sent to Chase Anderson. Little did I know at the time that Chase is Dave’s son. Chase tells me he is trying to get Dave to call me but still refuses to give me his contact info. We waited weeks on a phone call from Dave and it never came. I ask Chase and British if they even have my title and they tell me they don’t know anything about it and to wait for Dave to call. So I hired an attorney and started digging. Look up the name Dave Anderson and I’ll tell you what you will find. “A former South Georgia auto dealer has been sentenced to nine years in federal prison for submitting false documents to obtain car loans for customers, cocaine distribution, money laundering, and tax offenses.” My attorney sent a letter giving them a certain amount of days to send the title. They finally send the title but the sales tax check was not included. I already paid the sales tax to them when I bought the truck. I called Chase (because he refuses to give me his daddy’s number) i told him to send my sales tax and I asked if he knew the owner of the company that he works for is a criminal and that he also defaulted on his floor plan and is not allowed at any car auctions anymore. He told me that Dave Anderson is a changed man and an outstanding member of their community. All I could do was laugh. When my sales tax was mailed to the probate office they gave me a print out of what they were sent by the dealer. Tell me why the paperwork I was provided with from the dealer and the paperwork that probate was provided with by the dealer were completely different. Dates and names all different, nothing matched. Dave Anderson, Chase Anderson, and British Davis are all scam artist/criminals. Chase and British act innocent but they know what is going on. British had the nerve to say that me and my husband have been a headache to her. This has been not only a headache to me and my husband but a financial and emotional burden for my family. Not to mention we are trying to sell the vehicle and found out it has been in a wreck where the airbags were deployed. And of course that was not on the fake car fax that we were given by Vidalia motorsports. Please beware of these horrible people. I hope my story can help all of you to steer clear of these crooks.

Do not do business with this dealership!!!!I can't get a tag for my car that I bought 3 months ago! Keep getting the run around! Temporary tag went out a month ago and I can't drive my car because I don't have a tag. Went 3 times to get a tag and still no tag!!!

My coworker brought a cat from them and has not been able to get a tag for it. It has been 5 months since she got it. There is no title to be found on this vehicle. She had tried to call them and now they won’t return her phone calls. Terrible service

My co worker bought a car from them and when it was time for her to get her tag she couldn’t because no title could be found. She is into this 5 months now trying to get her title from them and now they won’t return her calls. Crappie business when you don’t try to fix your wrong. Now it is going to cost her court and attorney fees to get the issue fixed!

I wish I could give them a negative rating. They come across Godly but, Dave Anderson the owner is not a man of his word. We made a deal over a motorcycle 2015 Street glide. I have the text back and forth even down to the cashiers check with the amount we both agreed on. I drove 6 hours to pick the bike to someone else buying the bike. Not a man of his word....

I would never do business with this company again.. trusted sales man over the phone and videos and photos on a 30k buggy and have never had a company lie too me over the phone as bad as this one this.. buggy has jb weld over the water pump drain hole in weld on my radiator water tank where they busted it and did not replace it and the list goes on where they did not put bolts back in and clamps back on.. called the company to tell them about all this stuff and never called me back because they new it all from the start..So too anyone who does buys anything from this company pay attention too the machine very well look it over well because I wouldn't trust anything they told you.. Very bad business with this company..

Very poor attention to customers. I stood at the parts counter for fifteen minutes and wasn't even acknowledged while they talked to fellow employees and answered the phone twice. I've also purchased a part there that was $40 more than others dealers. Not my first time there. I don't know why I keep giving them a chance.
