Georgias mailing system is on back order!! My fiancé mailed her monthly payment on April 30th. They didn’t even call her to say “Hey we didn’t recieve your payment.” Instead you show up at 1am to take her car at 5 months pregnant ??? Lot of nerves you guys have. It’s not her fault you didn’t receive the damn payment. US POSTAL IS AT FAULT!!! She did what she was suppose to do and you’re faulting her for something that’s out of her hands. Oh and whoever is reading this, go somewhere else where a Company communicates with its employees.

All I can say is that anytime and every time my car need a small cosmetic fix like my tag light Dave and his team treat me well. I had my vehicle for a little of 6 months I been on several road trips to my home town in Florida the shop Manger Dave check my vehicle to ensure I have a smooth trip. Ryan was my salesman and he is awesome ??. They only thing I noticed is that my balance on my weekly payments Flicuate from time to time ,but the lady explained to me that it will balance out ,Im guessing it's because of interest, I need a car desperately and they help me get a deal within my budget, I was grateful for the help. I got a decent ride for my budget, my kid and I are grateful

Horrible staff they claim my weekly payment was late because October 31st was Tuesday and November 1st was Wednesday me a whole week of payment and unprofessionally came and repossessed my car running over another individual's foot just to hurry up and follow.

They are always so helpful when i go in. I got my second car from them. And i am in absolute love with it! I recommend bill when buying a car he is so helpful and stays on top of trying to get you the best deal. Connie at the payment counter is the sweetest person ive met! She always has a smile on her face and great customer service. The service guys are also great they have helped me and always have been so nice and honest with me!

Very unprofessional lairs ! Very rude and non understanding! DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GET A CAR FROM HERE they act as if they are financing your car through a bank but thats a lie ! They are privately owned! They did a repossession for unfair reasons ! Car notes wasn’t even due until September the 18th unless you like wasting money I wouldn’t even ride past the car lot !!! THEY ARE CROOKS !

It’s easy to see why sell em all motors has a 2.9 star rating. I bought a vehicle from here that had the wrong wiper arms on it and it has a faulty winder washer pump so that equates to some serious safety issues. If I get in a wreck in this vehicle they will be sorry they didn’t make these issues right as I am going to sue Paul Thigpin for one of his companies selling safety defective vehicles. I drive around two small children and this has got to the point where I struggle to see when it’s raining. The best I was told is for me to use my warranty and pay the $100 deductible. I called corporate Ford and they couldn’t resolve the issue either. What all this tells me is that the technicians working there aren’t ASE certified and if they are they need their certs revoked for putting the wrong parts on vehicles and the dealership doesn’t need to be selling inoperable vehicles. Hopefully this doesn’t happen to anyone else. I guess I’m going to be out of $100 to get an issue fixed that I bought it that way. Will never buy from them again..
