I would like to thank Kaysie Smith and Dave Anderson for Excellent Customer Service as we began the search for a new Corvette. Everyone we met at the dealership went out of their way to make this purchase special as it was a 45th Wedding Anniversary present from my husband. I would recommend them to anyone in search for a vehicle. They really made it so easy.

My experience was fabulous from the time I stepped out of my car to “look” on the lot. I was greeted by a former high school friend, Keith Driggers, who went wayyyy above and beyond for me. Because I’m unable to drive without my adaptive equipment (due to stroke) he drove several cars for me to “test” ride. Then when I said I really wanted a certain color he found it at another dealership a few hours away and had it on the lot by closing time that night.
The next morning I went back to sign my papers, and again my experience was top notch. Keith had one of his mechanics switch over my adaptive equipment (left foot accelerator and driving knob) and I was driving my new lBlazer within a few hours of signing my papers. I’ve NEVER been able to buy a car and drive it that same day. Keith even had Sirius XM channels programmed for music he knows I like! ❤️
My experience with finance was also fabulous. It was wonderful to be able to work with Steve Hughes, another friend from high school. He was very thorough and explained things well. He even told me that because my trade in still had warranty left on it I was owed $l. It turns out I’m getting a nice chunk of change back, and I plan to put it on the principle of my new Blazer.
A few days after my purchase, I took my new ride back to the dealership to have my windows and sunroof/moonroof tinted. Keith drove me to the school where I tutor upon leaving my car for the work. He took the time to help me gather my materials and bags and walk me down to my room. Then when he came back to pick me up that afternoon, he did the same. I’m talking - he walked all the way to the classroom and carried all my stuff out. It has been hard for me to accept “help” at times bc of my physical disabilities. Sometimes I’m embarrassed, but Keith made me feel at ease. He told me if I needed anything to let him know. I’m sure he is busy (I witnessed first hand- his phone was constantly ringing ?), but he didn’t in any way make me feel rushed. It was totally the opposite; it was like I was his main priority of the day.
Yesterday I had a question and texted him, and he responded back immediately. To know I have someone that I can still depend on after the sale is so comforting and reassuring.
My last 3 cars were adapted to fit my disabilities and qualified for a customer with disabilities allowance to make changes. Honda and Toyota both have programs to assist customers with disabilities with financial assistance to make adaptations/ help with expenses with for new cars.
I’ve been researching and I now realize that Chevrolet not only has that but offers On-Star for an extended period of time once the initial free period is over. I’ve not had a chance to look into this, but I plan to. This would be a great help to me and so very much appreciated if I qualify.
One thing is for sure. There’s no way I could drive without my adaptive equipment. I suffered a stroke at the age of 30 and was unable to drive for 21 months. The only way I CAN even drive a car now is with my equipment. To know that this dealership is in my hometown AND only a few minutes away is going to be so convenient for service.
I’ve always gone out of town to buy a new car until now, but that has forever changed. My hometown experience was like nothing I’ve ever had. Paul Thigpen Chevrolet, the mechanics in the back who made adaptions, Keith Driggers, and a Steve Hughes are top notch. I hope I don’t need a car for a long time, but I know where I’ll return when I do as well as tell all my friends!
I love my 2024 “Blazing Betty” Blazer. ❤️❤️

They took the car right in so there was no waiting. A very comfortable waiting room. They had enough technicans there so every thing went smoothly. I was very satisfied.

Fake ads by mail. Received a mail with pull-win game and based on the game i won a car but the paper says that it ended August 5th but how can a promotion end and the mail gets sent to the costumer a week later? lol.

Friendly people and mostly definitely friendly when u paying customers. And knowledge and show respect . And very cautious bout some people they think is suspicious. Been watch view. Watch shop owner. Talk on phone worry bout someone going rob the place

It was a great experience. The service writer was friendly. I was surprised how fast they completed my oil change and front end alignment. I was expecting it to take two hours. It only took an hour. I was very surprised that the exterior of my truck
Was washed. I appreciated it greatly.

They don’t even deserve one star. Unfortunately, we had a horrible experience here. My son was maliciously taken advantage of. They took a bad situation and made it 10 times worse. I wouldn’t trust any of their Facebook posts and I wouldn’t trust any of the salesman. I only feel it’s fare for others to know before they make any deals. No integrity at all.
