I’ve had several problems in the past with this dealership/service department. Last week I took a 911 EMERGENCY Ambulance to them to fix. The plug on the back of the new transmission would not stay locked in. I specifically asked them to replace the plug. Every time the ambulance was driven, the plug would work a loose. The ambulance would then go a maximum of 10 MPH. The dealership called last Friday and advised that the ambulance was fixed. When asked what they repaired, I was advised that it was driven and no problem detected. I asked again if they would just replace the plug (since it could potentially cost a human life) when it stops running again! The guy in the service department stated that they would repair/replace the plug. I was contacted today stating that the AMBULANCE has been fixed. 10 miles from the dealership, it decreased back to 10 MPH. Another mechanic looked under it and lo and behold…. Same defective transmission plug. I WILL NEVER deal with them again and I WILL do everything I can to get the word out about their shoddy business/customer service! This is a 911 EMERGENCY vehicle! Not an ice cream truck

I had an amazing experience with Paul Thigpen Chevy!! They helped to make my deal seamless and even delivered my car to me nearly 2 hours from the dealership! And didn’t charge a thing to bring it to me!! I could not have asked for a better experience!

I’m in love with my 2020 GMC Terrain! I cannot say enough good things about Paul Thigpen Chevrolet. They are amazing! Best customer service I’ve ever had. Literally, I did every thing over the phone today and when I showed up it had been detailed, had a full tank of gas and was waiting for me to sign the papers. I was in and out in less than 30 mins.
