Please stay away from this place. My dad took his truck here to get his brakes fixed and they were not fixed. They took almost 2,000 dollars from him and did not solve the problem. The trucks brakes are just like when we brought it in. Not to mention “Anthony” is rude. They also have very poor communication. Please go somewhere else.

Prepared for the Hurricane Season & Hurricane IdaliaMy car is prepared for the rainy hurricane season, local/multi-state travel, and I was ready before Hurricane Idalia's weather due to the excellent service from Aaron Johnson. He carefully listened, asked questions for clarity and skillfully recommended the best tires. Furthermore, ideal appointment days/times were discussed.Not once have I felt pressured or uncomfortable as a Mosely customer! They strive for fair and friendly customer service. My husband and I appreciate knowing this.

As an over the road truck driver I am at the mercy of others at the times of a break downs or tire failures, as well as being on a electronic loging device, that only gives me so many hours to work in a day. With that being said, I am obligated to get so many miles done with the time that I'm given. Yesterday Monday 9/18 I had two tires fail and caused me to call this company for roadside assistance and after waiting for 2 1/2 hours and after calling for an update for an ETA I was told by a woman to " suck it up buttercup, he's on his way ". And when the tire tech did show up he was awesome, fast, friendly, efficient, and got me back on the road quick. I called and paid the bill and went about my day behind schedule by three hours, my ELD clock ticking away trying to stay on schedule to make my delivery on time the following morning, unfortunately, less than 100 miles later the tire that they brought me blew out, damaging my vehicle and putting me further behind schedule. Upon calling numerous phone numbers and trying to reach someone I ended up having to text message. The owner who responded with rudeness blatant disregard for company professionalism blamed me for the tire failure. Clearly this person cannot at least admit that it was a failure in the RECAP tire Tire heights does not even come into consideration with less than 100 miles. Also as a truck driver with over 30 years of experience this is not the first time I have had a tire failure. This person that I texted with last promised someone would call me back today , which did not happen and did not even try to contact me at all. The person won't even admit that the tire was a failure that the distributor gave them a faulty tire. You would rather try to put the blame on the truck driver. You have no honor or integrity, and you do not stand even behind your own word. . In a world such as we are living in now days as well as the trucking industry those things matter still today maybe not in your industry, but in my industry, it does.

Mosley is a wonderful place to get all your tire and brake needs , the front of the shop was just as nice as the back of the shop ,Every one was helpful, kinda and got the job done in a timely manner.The only people I trust my tires with.

Mosley were supposed to do a Full Tire rotation on my dually truck, aftermarket wheels . They Only de-mounted 4 tires and charged me for 6 de-mounts and 6 mounts and balances ( $250 bill). They took the front tires off and put them on the driver rear side. Put the driver rear tires to the front and said never touched the passenger rear. Told me that's how it's done, never returned since, wouldn't recommend.

These guys did a last minute repair even when shorthanded before thanksgiving holidays. Very nice. The go to tire shop for myself and B2B ag, forestry, and construction clients. Even if they don’t know you, you’ll think they do. Great service, prices, and turnaround.

I've lost all faith in them. I send my girlfriend and my car to them for an alignment and they quote her 895$ . For an alignment? Pep boys will do it for 100 plus tax. Yall wanna rip off women huh? Rip this

Four hour wait to replace and balance 2 tires. Another customer got there before me and still not served by time I left. Work appeared to be satisfactory once completed.
