I locked my keys in my car. It was late however" he sated he would be busy next day. I got a call next morning stating he was on his way to assist me. Inexpensive & reliable. I recommend to anyone without roadside assistance. Excellent customer service!!! Thx Mr. Marty???

They charged me $350 to tow my vehicle 2.5 miles from their lot after a wreck. Do not use these guys they make their prices as they go.Service: Car towing

Would give a negative star…..This towing company DEES used cars and towing in Lyons is AWFUL!! The tow truck says Martys…..our vehicle broke down, my husband called me to come help, with in the 1 hour, Lyons police had our vehicle towed, which I get they did their job, Dees/Marty’s tow truck service is on rotation with the Lyons police dept….they charged us $250 for going 12 miles!!!! When we called to negotiate the price find out laws and if that was even legal, I had a conversation with the son…explained our situation and he came down to $200….now be understanding that this man talked to my husband and was very rude to him,When we got there the man, said well it was $200 but because you weren’t here right away I had to take it to the field and I don’t like to be threaten with false laws so it’s $250 now with a smirk on his face, this man knows that we didn’t have the money and we needed the vehicle home…he didn’t care my sons party would be canceled bc of this outrageous fee, he only cared about his ego and pride and bc “he can”…….thank u to the family that helped us out today….no thanks to this company who were beyond rude and went back on their word…..peep his “field “ that was 1 mile from his office that caused the extra $50….personal property and not one other car back there

Make sure you ask price first!!! I got price gouged by them. They charged me $800 to pull my truck of the tracks. Wasn’t in a bad location. Wasn’t hard to hook up to. I called from a second phone and was told they only charge $500 but they charged me $800. Actually tried to charge me $1000 until I said that doesn’t sound right at all. I never heard of a company that made prices up as they go. I do not recommend at all

This was the nicest man ever. He went above and beyond for us when no one else even tried. He put his personal life on hold to help us when we blew our engine out on the highway at a late hour. Highway patrol wouldn’t even help us. He took us 140 miles then when their wasn’t a taxi service or Uber available he drove us another forty miles out of the kindness of his heart. It’s people like him that give me hope that their are good people still in the world

Marty came and got us at 3 am when our a roadside assistance folks couldn't even find anyone to come get us. He was super friendly and helpful in getting us hooked up with someone to get us back on the road.
