I was not impressed with Lowes. It took forever to get anyone to answer my call. My daughter ordered a refrigerator, by accident she said pick up. I called to find out if it could be changed to delivery. It seemed everyone had a different answer, The first PERSON I spoke to said yes we could change it, but it would have to be once it was actually at the store. So I waited until I got the notice to pick it up. I called and then I was told No .. it couldn't be changed. I told them I was told I could change it. She said you will have to speak to delivery. . Which was closed , it 3pm . So I called back the next day at 7am the lady asked what I needed, I told her. She said she didn't think it could be changed. But tried to connect me anyway. Then my call was disconnected. I called back 3 times until I finally got through. Delivery said yes they could do it and customer service could do it. I said no I tried with them.
They said I would have to cancel the order and my payment method and order again. I said forget it. I have an suv. And wasn't sure if it would be ok to lay it down. The lady said it would be ok. I went to pick it up only to have the lady give a hard time about laying it down. Said her back was bad..why be out on pick up I don't know. A customer came by and helped the other young man who worked at Lowes. He said stop at the construction delivery and ask for string to tie the trunk down. I stopped the lady was on Facebook and didn't want to be bothered.
Not a good experience for sure.

Jaime the Supervisor and Logan a sales associate are so professional and fun. They helped my mom with her purchase and made it stressless for her. She walked in wondering if they had what she needed and Jaime took care of it as Logan helped. The best Part they honored the Military Discount. We serve abroad & to be honored when we come home made me smile. Thanks Jaime & Logan have a good day!

I spend a tremendous amount of money with Lowes. We build 6 to 8 new homes per year. I do less and less business with lowes because of the tremendously poor customer service. I just sent in and paid my business credit card off with Nyisha. She was rude, unresponsive, and generally horrible at her job. I have her a check. She did but respond . She simply handed me a receipt. I asked for the manager. I received Chuck. Chuck thought that acting like a tough guy and asking me what my issue was would diffuse the situation. All Chuck and Nyisha managed to do was run off a contractor that spends a tenebrous amount of money in that store. I will pursue this with the regional manager.

Bought a GE window air conditioner on 4-10-24 and it started pushing buttons for the fan speed rapidly today. On the phone with Lowes and Corporate only to be told they have a 48 HOUR WINDOW FOR RETURNS. Are you kidding me, things don't normally go wrong in two days... If they sell electric products they NEED TO INFORM CUSTOMERS OF THIS "2 DAY RETURN POLICY" HAD I KNOW THIS UNIT WOULD HAVE STAYED AT LOWES!

I can not think of one single solitary good thing to say about this one time great place to shop for all home improvement needs... avoid at all costs. Nothing good will come of this experience. 95% of the employees avoid any and all interaction with customers.
Due to this store being somewhat of a monopoly in this small town, especially when it comes to shopping hours...I frequent the unfortunate at least 3 times a week every week..to be fair I will update any changes i observe.

I'm a fan of Lowes in general, but not of this store. I find it difficult to locate items in this store and customer service is very poor. I asked three different associates the location of an item, I recieved three different locations.

Best Lowes around this neck of the woods. All the entrances/exits are open, it's well stocked and has the kindest, most helpful employees. Im 60 and I was about to load five (not so light) bags of soil when an employee took over and loaded them for me! That's never happened in my Lowe's (Hinesville) before! Great store!

Delivered here first thing this morning. Flatbed drivers enter from the east side of the building . If it’s after delivery hours park off to the side. You will get unloaded from the west side of the building. There is a red box on the ground where you need to stop the end of your trailer. 5 stars for the quick unloading, pretty good WiFi,and friendly staff. Walmart is next door in a shopping plaza, with a couple of hotels close too.

Bought a Frigidare dishwasher, 12/29/2023, it ran about a month. Frigidare sent a warranty person out, they have been back 3 times and still haven't fixed it once. Do not buy appliances from lowes, they do not accept responsibility for selling faulty equipment and won't help.

LOWES UNCOMMONLY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I’m writing this review to express my grievances with the poor customer service I experienced with Lowes and the delivery team. I purchased a refrigerator from Lowes as a gift for my parents to be delivered for their Christmas present. We were notified that the delivery was going to occur on December
20, 2024 between the hours of 8:00am and noon. We received no notice that the delivery team would be running late. My parents were planning on leaving for the holiday shortly after the delivery and set up were completed. However, the drivers did not show up until 6:30pm that evening, which caused my parents to reschedule their holiday travel. Upon their arrival, the delivery team was very rude, lacked professionalism, and did not acknowledge or apologize for their very late arrival.
Moreover, my parents received no advanced notice of what preparations had to be done prior to the delivery. Nevertheless, the delivery men demanded that my parents disconnect the water lines and remove all of the food from the refrigerator being
replaced before they would replace and install the new one. Given that my parents are seniors, I intended for the delivery to be as pleasant, convenient and nonintrusive as
possible. I paid for and expected a professional, timely, and smooth delivery, not the boorish treatment my parents received. And to top it all off, when my parents had complied with their preparation demands, my parents discovered that the delivery men had departed unannounced, while leaving the new refrigerator outside in the carport! When another delivery team finally returned three days later and while removing the old
refrigerator, the new team damaged the old refrigerator by completely tearing off its door. We considered the old refrigerator still to be of value and planned to repurpose it
elsewhere in the home; Accordingly, we asked that Lowe’s compensate my parents for the damage. The company’s offer to reimburse my parents was so insultingly low that
they refused it! Lastly, as the delivery team was installing the new refrigerator, they failed to attach the handle to the freezer component, rendering the freezer unusable until a door handle
was located. In order to resolve that problem, my mother had to make a 60-mile round trip to the closest Lowes store and my father had to attach the door handle himself. I am a loyal Lowe’s shopper and my business heavily utilizes Lowe’s stores as well. I
reached out to Lowe’s HQ, and to the local store where the order was placed. The lack of a meaningful response to this matter by Lowes is noteworthy. Overall, this has to rank as one of the poorest cases of customer service I have ever experienced!
