A few years back, my MIL was traveling to visit from out of state. When she stopped for lunch, she realized she had left her insulin at home. She had what she needed for her lunch dose, but nothing to cover her her entire visit. I called Heather and she all but stood on her head to get MIL her medicine. Customer service like that is hard to find anywhere.
