my husband took our Mercedes car they said they could do oil change. It worked the first time. Took again car running like motor about to blow. Call them they said they put an universal oil in the car. I went bought correct oil for them to take oil back out. They refuse to change the oil. I don't know what kind of business they got going on. I don't RECOMMEND DEAN TIRES TO NOBODY. JUST THINK I WAS GOING TO TAKE MY TRUCK, BUT NEVER EVER DO BUSINESS THERE AGAIN. CHEAPER IS NOT BETTER

Great place to get your vehicle worked on. Staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Prices are reasonable and the work they do is acceptable. This is all you can hope for in a auto shop these days. Great company.
