Personality of the people who answer the phones at Alliance need to go to a Customer Service Appreciation Class. They are rude, they cut you off, and don’t want to hear the questions you want to ask. My family has been going to them for years. And we’re about 50/50 on the service we receive from them. We may go in one time and receive 5 star service then the next time we go in we get a different person and only get a 1 star service. Sometimes they shouldn’t have even received a 1 star but that’s the lowest you can go. I had not rated them before in the several years we’ve been coming here but after todays call looking for just a simple 1-2 questions about an item the lady who answered the phone just pushed my buttons because I like to address the people I talk to by name. I guess it’s the 30 years I’ve had in Customer Service Management. So when I didn’t understand her name I asked it again for clarification and she just asked what I was calling for? So I asked if they carried the item that my doctor had ordered for me and it’s sad to say that they only carry 1. So I thanked her and hung up. And just felt like it was time to let it be known just how rude these people are to their customers especially on the phone.

Been having problems with my Oxygen Concentrator. The service person came out, checked it said it was fine, left. It's not fine! It's been messing up the whole weekend and this time I have lots of video in case I need an attorney in the future. I will be calling my Medicare provider and making a report on this situation too! And get this, it's Memorial Day weekend and they don't even have an emergency number to call!!! Will be finding another company to provide my medical supplies.

In January I had pneumonia in both lungs and Covid, and meadows regional hospital sent me home on oxygen. The hospital had some really nice oxygen concentrators there that they dispense on behalf of Alliance so you don’t go home needing oxygen and don’t have it. I’m talking about the machine one that makes the oxygen. I also had a tank to travel to Dr appointments or whatnot. I’m now completely off of oxygen and can’t thank them enough.

Rented a wheel chair and returned it .paid in full at time of rental. I continue getting bills for this rental.. now they are adding extra $$ to it .. can’t get any help with this when I call.

All I needed was to renew my prescription for CPAP supplies. Got my prescription renewed by my Dr. but Alliance kept saying they needed to have a form signed. I called Dr and they said Alliance had to send them a form but Alliance said the Dr had to send them the prescription first. I’ve been calling back and forth between them about 6 times now and still don’t have this resolved. This shouldn’t be this difficult! If I could give ZERO stars I would! They weren’t like this before HCA took over! Very disappointed and completely unsatisfied!

If you want to get old, worn out durable medical equipment that tears up as soon as it's paid for which is about 3 years B4 Medicare will cover a replacement item and deal with an equally archaic billing office then loo no further!!

Great service and they also accept workers comp. I had to come here all the way from Douglas because no one accept workers comp in Douglas
