The way our dog is treated at the clinic is exceptional. From the time we arrive until I get the call from Will Wright to update me on what is going on with our dog. I wouldn't recommend any other place to have your fur babies taken care of.

The emergency call center was sending me 1.5hrs away for an emergency situation. The dog was in terrible destress and I was upset and desperate for this dog to get help and the woman told me I don't seem to understand that they are at capacity for emergencies. Even after I told her the dog was dying she still didn't care and threatened to hang up on me because she didn't understand the severity of the situation. The vet is suppose to help in all situations especially an emergency situation. I have dogs that go here and I am very disappointed that they would rather a dog suffer and die rather than save a life.Response.I appreciate the response but I am not confused, my animals go to this clinic I have the number saved in my phone and unless it has changed my experience was with this clinic.
