When I go to Rowan's, I always end up with something extra that I never expected. I love the adult jewelry and the AMAZING candles! I can't believe there isn't a line to be checked out every day, all day. And don't get me started raving on the $1 sales! It's crazy!! Seriously, the stuff is marked down to $1 and it isn't junk either. No parent or grandparent should miss this. It's hard to believe, but true.”
