Bad communication between the store and the driver. I was looking for 2 packages .I was told the driver will attempt 3 time to deliver packages to my home, not to worry they will not send it back. Employeesaid it was not there it was still on the truck. I got an email saying it's at the store, so I went back up there asking for my packages. Again, Tanner tells me it's not there still on the truck. UPS never attempted to deliver these packages at my home again after the first attempt. I go back to the store days later . I asked the employee if you have my packages? Employee tells me the package was sent back due to failure to pick up. I told him I had been up here 3× this week asking for my packages. You told me it was not here ,but now, all of a sudden, it's sent back to sender. Just terrible customer service.

I don’t know if it is the lack of communication between the drivers and the store workers or the fact that every single in store worker seems to have no clue how to do their jobs but this store/company is absolute garbage. I ordered a package on a Friday and pair extra in shipping so that it could be delivered to me on the Tuesday after since I was planning on leaving out of town the following Thursday and will be gone for an unknown amount of time. Monday, I come home from work and find the “sorry we missed you” sticker on my door telling me to go to this ups store to pick up my package because it required a signature. I thought that was fine I would just go pick it up after work the next day. When I get there, the lady tells me that they don’t have the package yet that it should make it to the store after 2pm the next day. I wait until the following day and go there after work when a man tells me the SAME THING. That the package hasn’t made it to the store and now if should be there by noon the next day. I say that’s fine, even though it’s not. At this point, I could have saved $30 in shipping. So I go Thursday during my lunch break at 12:15 and the same lady that first “helped” me tells me the same thing that she and her coworkers have told me for the past few days. That it should be in either later that evening or the next day. At this point I am not going to receive my package. It’s going to sit in their store or their warehouse for god knows how long. I know, it needed a signature and I ordered it right before I was leaving town and I’m not upset about missing the package and having to come pick it up. I’m upset for the lack of communication between the drivers and the store, for the lack of training or knowledge this store gives its workers, and for the fact that nobody can seem to find out what happened to my package.

This place can be very busy sometimes. Sometimes it's understaffed, and sometimes someone brings in a bunch of boxes at once. Generally they make it very easy to get in and out quickly, however.

I want my money back for wasting my time getting on this computer that is so poorly set up it couldn’t open my document and print it. I wasted my money and time for it to tell me it can’t open the file. Then when I asked for a refund, the guy said I had to dispute it with my credit card company because it’s a third-party computer and they have nothing to do with it. You didn’t tell me that before I tried to use it. I think this is a scam. You used to be able to send an email and have something printed out. Now you have to pay to get on this computer and it charges by the minute. I am not ever going to come back to a UPS for printing after that. It is ridiculous that it says, print and business services on the door when this is the experience someone’s gonna have trying to print something themself. At least be transparent about what files the computer can open before you tell someone to go use it

Fairly good service in the past. I was not impressed when customer service didn´t have humans available and the auto system hung up on me. This ain´t how you run a business.

Shippers beware! Sent out a package from this location and the box was scanned in but never shipped out from the store. It’s been a pain trying to get my money back for the item lost and the store has not answered or returned any of my calls.

Horrible customer service. Opened a new box was told to come back the next day for a key and a card , went back over a week later and they still hadnt changed my key lock and instead of fixing the situation the boy tried to agrue with me. Finally did receive my key but still no card to go after hours. They also couldn't find our 3 packages when they were in the bin directly behind them, was just to lazy to look! Probably will cancel when our 3 months is up!

Terrible, terrible service! They lost a very expensive package that was being returned for a damage claim and it took them months, yes months, of “looking” to find it, and only when we called and actually asked them to, only for them to deny the damage that they clearly caused and reject the very expensive insurance that we paid for. All our questions were not answered and the manager can only answer with sorry, not our problem. Would not recommend using UPS at all, not just this location. Be smart, use FedEx.

Salesman beware. This was a useless visit. I tried to print $50 in color documents. When I came in I was told I had to use the self serve copy machine. It authorized my card for $20. Then I tried to figure out how to use the system. It didn’t have an email option so I had to back out. Of coarse, they charged me $2 for the 2 min. that I used the computer. The guy behind the counter told me I had to use the Google platform option to get into my email. That is not how corporate email works UPS. Useless visit.
