Wonderful experience in the Ulta Store in Valdosta, Georgia yesterday. Ivy was extremely helpful and so very nice to me.
She helped me with three wonderful fragrance suggestions. She was very patient and took me through out the entire store to find my perfect purchase. Marilyn was also very wonderful in helping me as well. Five stars for great customer service. I will be back and I will definitely ask for Ivy. Ivy and Marilyn represented your company wonderfully.

I am thankful for the excellent experience I had at this Ulta location in Valdosta Ga today. Rachel helped me find a lipstick that is exactly the shade I had in mind. I received individual consultation and sincerely appreciate the curtesy of everyone there on my last three visits. 5-star Review.

I live in LA/Malibu, Cali for university but when I was home with my mom we’d go every week & I recently visited with my hometown gfs a few months ago. It’s kind of sketchy inside, im a Sephora girl but they have a decent hourglass & Fenty selection. Low on Nars ):

I give credit when it’s due, the STAFF is great. They are very kind so no complaints there. HOWEVER, this Ulta is never stocked. They are constantly out of so many items. It’s frustrating because I find myself having to order online and wait for products. I think they should focus more on inventory and pushing products out so the shelves can be stocked.

Andie did a phenomenal job creating my formal style today. They were patient, observant, and asked plenty of questions to ensure that I was happy with the end result. I had such a fantastic experience, and would 100% recommend them and Ulta's salon services.

Walked in past plenty of staff & was not greeted or acknowledged once. The AC was also broken. No samples of perfume. I was hoping to buy D&G, but not after this experience. Won’t be back.

If i could give a negative star i will, This cashier treat us so rude her name is alexis ..... it was obviously her racist attitude just because we are hispanics..... may doughter smell a perfume they have already opened and the cashier make us paid for it ...... of course so many people already try it before but she was so dispute and the way she look at us ..... well obviuously worst shooping time !

I come into Valdosta from about an hour away. Every time I come into this Ulta, the staff has always been extremely helpful with what I needed, was looking for, or even when I had a problem with something I purchased they have always taken great care of me!
Today, I went in, and Lindsay was amazing helping me with my needs. She even informed me they do make-up tutorials at 30-minute increments for a small fee. If I'd had the time today, because of what I was looking for, I would have taken her up on that offer. However, she gave me her card to make an appointment for the next time I'm in town! I'm excited to do this!
We had a moment that both of our service dogs alerted us, and we had to sit on the floor to do DPT. The staff was respectful and did not bother us.
