Boy y'all think the store is awful work in the fort payne company their even worst about it them they are in the store your clothes thats gets in the store is some time passed bc they dont really check it at the company some of those employes overlook it bc they just dont want to do that extra work their like yup good pass i wouldnt be suprised what that childrens place store is bc they hire the most lazsiest people in the actual company they belive liars over hard working people they rather get on hard working people Bc the lazy people are just hiding and we get backed up hell no thats why i quit their and perfer to work in any other job besides that company

My girlfriend and I went in there and the “manager” along with her co workers were talking about the nastiest things loudly in front of kids that were in there. When I spoke up a worker named Jewel told us to go F off and get out while shooting us the middle finger. It’s a disgrace that people like them are allowed to work at a CHILDRENS STORE.

i was shopping in this store with my boys and mom. one of the employees there kept starring at me and make rude faces. after the 5th time of looking up and her making these terrible faces I said excuse me and in front of my boys she flips me off and tells me to get out the store. after some investigation of my own her name is JEWEL. I am sickened by her. I've never seen her before in my life and to be treated this way is absurd. how do you work at a children's store and act that low in front of children?

Don't rip off tags unless clothes fits well enough. They will not take it even if tag is brought in. Childrena place will no longer have my business. I wouldn't doubt this place goes out of business one day.

Don't take off THE PRICE TAG until you are sure you are keeping an item. INSPECT the item completely to make sure it is good.If you come back with no TAG on the item even though you have the RECEIPT you are out of luck.And by the way, make sure all your employees are on the same page next time, that way one won't say it can be exchanged while another one says it can't.Now I understand why this place has horrible reviews.

Girlfriend went to find a certain item, manager was extremely rude to her. Owners better wake up or they will be out of business. And if I go in there with my girlfriend I bet she won't be rude to me.

Came in for uniforms, while checking out I noticed the tone (I’m assuming the store manager) had with one of the employees. She was talking to the employee as if she was a child, in front of customers at that. I hate seeing someone being mistreated. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because I found a few uniforms.

Someone recommended this store to me and.. just no ?. They have really cute clothes online, and I ordered about $200 worth of things for my daughter for school. Well they cancelled my order and when I called to find out why, she said "maybe" it was a technical issue and I can try again when they process my refund within 7-10 business days. Now, they can't even pull up my order number and it's not in their system anywhere. They told me to contact my bank to pull the hold off my account but The Children's Place is the one who has the hold on the account. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. Save yourself the hassle and shop somewhere else.

AWFUL customer service!! My online shopping experience was awful as well. They sent me a package with my address on the outside and a purchase sticker and the order inside of a lady who lives in Texas. I called customer service and they gave me an $20 coupon since my order was almost exactly $20 aaaaaaaand the coupon says no applicable when entered!!! I wouldn't suggest shopping here online or in store. They might have good deals but I would rather spend a bit more for quality customer service and to recieve what I paid for!!!

The store closed early and people where waiting outside after 20 minutes a staff member comes out and say they closed. The workers are not friendly.

This store is not worthy of even 1 star!!! The website clearly says the store is open and the employees told me that the website is lying!!! This store is in Georgia and he tells me that the nearest open store is in Alabama...Really!! So I ask for a number to corporate and he then tells me that they don’t have a corporate number!!! Then he hangs up on me. Laziness bunch of idiots...they make me want to cut up my card!!
