My loan advisor was Mrs. Caroline Kendrick. I wanted to give her a shout out with an outstanding rating. She took the extra time to explain every detail of the loan to me. She even gave me suggestions as to how I could save money by switching the new car insurance coverage over to Southeastern’s coverage. She stayed late to finish all the necessary transactions. She also answered and explained the new checking account that could pay me money back for using my debit card monthly. I had a great experience. The officer I spoke with was nice, helpful and informative. We had a great conversation while I was getting paperwork she needed to complete my request. She made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. I’m looking forward to doing business with her again. I highly recommend Southeastern Federal Credit Union.
