After doing an extensive renovation, I found THE perfect rug for my living room! I worried I wouldn’t be able to find one similar to the one I have in a joining room but I did with Monty’s help!! He was great! Also found a bonus rug that also fits perfectly for a spot I wasn’t even looking for! Highly recommend Rugs A Bound!!

When we arrive at Rugs A Bound we where instantly greeted with a good morning and how may we help , the young lady Joeleen help us and ask what we where looking for , she show us many samples of rugs and was very knowledgeable how they where made and the care on them , suggested the back liner on the rugs so they wouldn't slide . And help with a rug to match and go in front of door , both girls that we deal with where very helpful and honest with the colors . Overall our visit was outstanding and we will be back and tell others about our visit and QUALITIES of rugs that are available or they will order them . Thank you Mr.&Mrs. Knight .

Miss Katie the service rep was quite informative and very pleasant to work with. They have a variety of sizes and patterns/prices to fit anyone’s needs. When I found mine, I said that was the one.The delivery person was very pleasant to work with as well.

The level of personal service they provide is outstanding. Natalie was amazing. She walked me through the store and presented every possible rug option, and even sent me pictures of rugs they could order for me. I was able to get exactly what I wanted, and at a great price. They are now my "go-to" for all rug purchases.

I told my wife we were no longer buying rugs online from big box stores. Instead we would look for local businesses and quality rugs. Rugs A Bound delivers both, just don’t go in expecting big box store prices. Quality comes with a price!The customer service was excellent, Liz spent sometime finding our style and budget. She then was able to show us a large number of styles that fit our needs. Great all around experience and we can’t wait to get our rug!

As a rug lover myself, i don’t think a household is complete without a rug to tie in the space. In my home I have multiple! Every bedroom, a runner for the front door, in my living room and under my dining room table. It was extremely difficult to find the right rugs to fit my extra taste but after finding Rugs Abound and their abundant options of rugs i now shop exclusively with them. I had looked for months for this particular runner I had seen in a catalog (with VERY delayed delivery). Rugs Abound would not stop their search! They finally found it and several others, brought out samples and ordered the one I had had my eyes on. It is beautiful, installation (on stairs with a landing AND runner rods) was perfect and quick and follow-up very efficient! Thank you Mark and Ana for ALL of your help and patience with me!
