My wife and I went into Publix on 1741 Gornto Rd in Valdosta on 11/8/24 and I went to the deli to order 20 pc chicken, I told the lady that took my order that I wanted all flat and she told me It would be about 30 min so we hung around the store after 30 min I went back to the deli to get my order and asked about my order, the male employee said he would get it, it was obvious my order was never submitted, because he to some flats out ov the oven and then he went to the display case and pick some that were sitting in the diplay case I wanted fresh all flats when we got home we didn't get all flats and you could tell by the taste they weren't fresh we live in Greenville FL and it was to far to return to the store this isn't the only time we have gotten poor service anytime we go to the deli they seem to not have enough workers in the deli, we won't be going back to that store if we are in Valdosta again we will go to the other Publix, that has to be the worst Publix we have ever been in

Staff is always friendly and helpful. Store is clean and best produce!. This was my first experience of placing an order for a cake and the bakery came through! . The cake was beautiful and delicious.
Tip: come with the picture of the cake you want made printed.
One of the bakery attendant was very kind enough to take a picture of my phone of the cake I wanted made so I wouldn’t have to come back. The process was very fast and easy

Not a bad place, nice sales. The thing you have to realize is that prices are higher than some other places. So only get what you really need. And don't ever shop hungry.

It’s a small Publix, but it has everything you need for a quick purchase. Sandwiches are amazing!!
