None of the gas tanks works and the parking lots is such a cluster!! The inside unorganized and gross, you will catch something in there.

You would think after hurricane idalia hit that a multi billion dollar company like pilot would step up and help its community that supports it.. going on day 5 and still tens of thousands without power and water here…. Charging $20 for a hot shower is crazy to the community that supports you… and also being around 30 cents higher per gallon of gas than most places around is crazy as well when so many people are having to rely on generators. And the gas stations next to it are still without power

The worse retail gas experience in 63 years. What a $h1tshow. Credit card machines at ALL the pumps not working. No sign telling you this, you try a card and are told to go inside to A REAL NIGHTMARE , with two idiots and 4 self serve checkouts 1 "watcher" and one cashier. An 8 person line and the moron cashier is teaching people to checkout and left the cashiers station. ALMOST 5 MINUTES LATER. I comment they should have a gas only cashier and what a disaster. She says "I am not going to argue with you and waves the person up behind me and refused to take my card and pump number. I WAS REFUSED SERVICE!! hmm imagine if I wasn't white male and she wasn't a black female. ???A disaster. We went another 4 miles north and saved about a buck and a much better place.I reported this location to corporate and on Google and may call the Georgia state FTC and possibly the Civil Affairs agency as I feel discriminated against?? We will see if I edit this if they respond. Of note::: THEY LIED and their highway sign said $3.16 credit and it was $3.19 at the pump.The good news is YOU will be saved from these incompetent, rude, stupid, bigots, who discriminate against American citizen working white males.

Tried to used my credit card to buy gas; pump said “see cashier”; went inside and was asked to guess how much; I declined
Isn’t this the 21st century?
All gas stations, restaurants, convenience stores, ad nauseum take credit cards
Aren’t you here to serve the customer? What game are you playing?
What is the (reasonable” rationale???
I will NEVER use a Pilot station ever again

I stop here often on my travels and can say they have the cleanest restrooms of any of the places I've stopped. Every time I've bought more than gas the staff has been friendly and quick. It's my go to place when heading on 75.

It’s a decent place all the supplies I need out here showers are a good size and clean, staff is very helpful and efficient
