2004 Baytree Rd, ValdostaI'm basing this review solely on my phone interactions with the staff here and comparing them to an experience I had with another veterinary office in Valdosta. At Baytree, the woman (or women!) who answered my calls—one to set up my appointment and another to cancel—were incredibly kind and personable. If you’re the same person, thank you! Their phone etiquette is truly top-notch. If this is a reflection of how they treat their patients, I’m all in.
On the other hand, the other vet I called was a different story. The person on the phone was dismissive, informing me I’d need a $500 deposit, that my scheduled appointment would be billed at emergency rates, and that despite my dog being up to date on her shots, she would still need to be tested for parvo. What?! It was the most baffling thing I’d heard, especially since my dog just had a minor worm issue. I ended up purchasing an over-the-counter dewormer and treating her myself since we were sent to Florida before the scheduled appointment. (Hurricane Relief Work) So, do yourself a favor—go to Baytree!

Over the last 8 years I have been using Dr Moseley and staff, the way they cared for us when our pup got sick and crossed the rainbow bridge was worth every penny I have ever paid them. They never hounded me for payment or to retrieve my baby until I was ready. They were incredibly caring and supportive of anything we needed during this process. Dr Moseley was honest and straightforward, and he loved our baby just like his own, advocating for our pup the whole way through. He was kind, caring, and very compassionate. Thank you, AHC.

3380 N Valdosta Rd, ValdostaLong time Kim’s Kitchen customer. My wife and I are what you would call elderly and cooking is harder now. Kim’s large pre made meals are a staple here. Although their Parmesan Crusted Chicken over wild rice is great I favor the lasagne the best. The large is my always go to order. With just the two of us it last awhile and all we have to do is heat it up. Thanks for saving us the labor of preparing a good meal.

I know the staff is always been decent to me, and to my girl.
Yes she made three different threats, I also followed it up with a police report. The officer was a nice gentleman, ain't going to lie. Nice to see goodness and officers again.
Keep up the good work staff members. You bring joy to a lot of people's lives and sometimes it means more than you realize.

We arrived at 3:20, we came all the way to this restaurant from Lake City, Florida bc our Red Lobster closed. There was a few people dining so plenty of parking. The hostess was kind and accommodated us with our requested seat’s, we were sat immediately. Promptly, Ja’Lissa, our waitress came over and took our order. We told her it was our birthdays. She’s a super sweet lady and excellent waitress. She took care of our every need, at times without even asking. My husband ordered the Parmesan chicken, which to our surprise had a white parm sauce and not red. It was delicious. The chicken was tender and juicy. He cleaned his plate. I ordered the crab boil. I’m not the complaining type so I ate what I liked and mentioned that the crab legs were not fresh but I tried to eat them. Some of them were grainy and the crab wouldn’t come out. I wasn’t expecting to speak to a manager, but when Ja’Lissa talked to Diamond concerning my little issue we wasn’t expecting such a blessing. Diamond completely took care of everything, and we left blessed. Plus we got the brownie/ice cream dessert AND they all signed birthday cards for us. I’ve never been treated with such respect and kindness at any eating establishment in my life! THANK YOU BOTH FOR MAKING OUR BIRTHDAY DINNERS AMAZING! God bless you all up there at the Valdosta Red Lobsters Restaurant!

My cat P went to the rainbow bridge when I was five days post partum last year. My husband set the cremation up for me. He said immediately that Tammy was the nicest person he had ever spoken to on the phone. First impressions matter in hard times. Tammy was so nice and accommodating. She made me feel so comfortable and even offered me a hug when I broke down in the office while picking up P’s ashes. This place was wonderful to me. I would recommend it to anyone.
