Awesome experience. Welcoming! Their office was very clean. The front staff was extremely friendly. Our vet tech was top-notch. He was excellent with my mix pit Ellie Mae. Dr. Graham went over and beyond to help Ellie with her seasonal allergies! Thank y’all! ?❤️?

I really did not appreciate, after explaining twice my OBVIOUSLY handicapped 3 lb dog only goes out when I carry him both ways. And him being mosquito bitten/ having heartworms near impossible. Finding the itemized bill with a $50 heartworm test was attempted theft in my opinion. I got quite irritated and threatened to call my call my card company before charge was removed. Also betting the vet I take him to next Rxs heart murmur medication. He has every symptom. Despite Dr Graham's 2 minute exam and decision he doesn't.

Misdiagnosed my dog. I do not trust the quality of care and integrity of the staff. They refuse to send electronic documentation to my new vet and will not send electronic prescriptions to chewy.

New to the area, Northside was recommended and I'm very pleased. Two of my girls have only known one vet. We were all treated like best friends coming for a visit yet everyone was professional. The staff and Dr. Graham made me feel like we were the only patients and client they were seeing for the day.

Dr. Graham and his staff always treat pets and their owners like family. They have always exceeded our expectations in care and are great about explaining any medical diagnoses, tests, and treatments. The vet assistants and office staff are very professional and kind.
