Got there around 4:45 they said to leave my phone and check back before 6. It was ready at 5:45. iPhone 12 Pro new screen was brand new. Great turn around super nice guys. Thanks! The work is warranted as well.

I remember calling about how I dropped my all in one computer and they said they weren't sure if they could replace it, but that they wouldn't know until I brought it in for them to see. They could and they did. They quoted me about a week, but it only took 2 business days. It was a third of the cost of replacing the all in one, outright; so I'd say that was a deal!

Brought my daughters laptop in for slow performance on 1-20-23. I waited 6 days (no phonecall) then returned to the store for a status on 1-26-23. They brought my daughters laptop and stated they couldn’t fix it and I should never buy Acer products. Well…I brought the laptop back home. My wife looks at the laptop, does a factory reset on it and now it’s working like new! I don’t know what’s happened to Mr. Fix it but they use to be waaay better than this!

First time visit and I was really impressed. The store was clean and up keep and the staff were extremely knowledgeable about products and the process to fix items. The turn around time was only a couple days. Th spruce was much lower than I thought to have a screen replaced on a apple laptop. I will be going back for sure in the future for all my devices.

I just had THE BEST EXPERIENCE here. My IPad Pro had stopped charging and needed a new charging port. I dropped it off yesterday afternoon and just picked up my practically brand new IPad, all charged up and working perfectly!!!! If you are having issues with your devices, these are the guys you need to see!! In today’s world of no staff, no customer service and very little concern for others, this place is a breath of fresh air. 5 STARS all the way!!

I can't even handle how helpful these guys are. Thank you a million times over. Thank you!!! The people there are super tech savvy and genuinely care about helping. I wish they had more non iPhone selection sometimes, lol, but...no shade! They really are the best place to go to for any phone issue in Valdosta. As long as they can still fix my non iPhone, I'm elated!!! And they do. Each time. Soooo grateful!!!***Note...I caused each phone issue.
