Maggie is extremely talented, thoughtful, and pays extra attention to the little details. Our home is now our favorite place to be hanging out with friends and family on our comfortable sectional. Not only has Maggie helped me with my home, her and the rest of the Mizell’s team have helped tremendously with my new business, West Brim Hair Co. Maggie Mizell is hands down the most helpful person! I struggle with getting my ideas and wants to come to fruition and Maggie knew exactly what I wanted just by my few details! She made me ideas come to life! I’m so thankful for the Mizell team! From start to finish they made things seamless! And don’t get me started on how amazing the showroom is! I could spends days in there just seeing all the things they have to offer! Mizells is 12/10!

they switched the padding on the carpet I bought and didn't say anything to me. I saw the padding on the installers truck and raised the red flag. the sales person came to the house and told me they couldn't get me in the carpet without cutting the cost of the padding. ok that was all well and fine if they would have been up front and told me. they had the cheaper padding on the quote which of course I didn't notice. no words or apologies could repair the trust

Mizell Floor Covering is my FAVORITE store in all of Lowndes County. Not only do they have the most amazing selection of home decor items (and Christmastime is a wonderland) but the flooring section is the best. I recently recarpeted a room in my home and the service was outstanding. From the help in the showroom all the way to the instillation, it all went perfectly!Services: Flooring selection

Just ruled, and not customer friendly. I wouldn't advise no one to use them. Wouldn't even answer a simple carpet question.

We went to Mizell when we decided to have our flooring updated. They have a great selection of LVP flooring. We were able to bring home samples and decide on one of the many options. Bart and his staff provided great service and feedback. The guys who came and installed the floors were very professional and knowledgeable and they did a fantastic job! We love our new flooring and will definitely use Mizell again for any future projects.Service: Flooring selection

So I call about some permabase flooring. The lady on the phone was pleasant enough to answer a few questions! But when I arrive at the location the older woman treated me with much distain. Her mannerisms were disgusting to say the least there was a cell phone sitting next to the platform where I was taking notes as I was speaking to the lady who I had spoken to on the phone earlier the older woman saw the cell phone sitting there and an ink pen and snatch the ink pen in the cell phone from the area as if I was going to steal the cell phone and the pin I had not even noticed the cell phone or the pin until she grabbed it out of the area if you want to be treated like a villain and that you’re going to steal something then please visit the store if you want to be treated like a customer visit another store!

I love this store. They have a great selection of furniture, accessories, and floor coverings to freshen up a space or start from scratch. The staff at Mizell Floor Covering & Interiors are so helpful.
