Should you arrive at the PSC without an appointment, you are able to schedule one same day or another day based on availability or select walk in and placed on the wait list. This is similar to any doctor's office where you are squeezed in between scheduled patients when able. Wait times will vary. Should any employee claim they are not accepting walk-ins, call customer service immediately and complain. They are required to see any patient who checks in for service. The only exception is drug screen collections (3:00pm cut off) because these have very specific regulations that must be followed.”
